Raspberry - Cannot create platform OpenGL context - linux

i'm trying to install Stellarium on my Raspberry Pi 4 (4 GB ram). I'm following the instructions here. After installation, i tried to run the program using snap run stellarium-plars, but it doesn't work (only a small empty window opens). On the terminal i read a long output, i think the problem is here:
QXcbIntegration: Cannot create platform OpenGL context, neither GLX nor EGL are enabled
But i enabled OpenGL in raspi-config. How can i debug the problem? This is the full output on terminal after running the program:

Using Intel QSV in WSL2

I want to use Intel QSV in WSL2.
Based on the experience of using QSV on a native Ubuntu PC, I installed the same library, but it doesn't work.
ex) ffmpeg, libva, vainfo, intel Media SDK, gmmlib, media-driver ...
My CPU supports QSV, but I can't initialize it.
In vainfo it works like this:
$ ls /dev/dri
card0 renderD128
$ sudo vainfo
Trying display: wayland
error: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set in the environment.
Trying display: x11
libva info: VA-API version 1.16.0
libva info: User environment variable requested driver 'iHD'
libva info: Trying to open /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri/iHD_drv_video.so
libva info: Found init function __vaDriverInit_1_14
DRM_IOCTL_I915_GEM_APERTURE failed: Invalid argument
Assuming 131072kB available aperture size.
May lead to reduced performance or incorrect rendering.
get chip id failed: -1 [22]

libva error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri/iHD_drv_video.so init failed
libva info: va_openDriver() returns 18
vaInitialize failed with error code 18 (invalid parameter),exit
I want WSL to be initialized properly so I can use it in C.
Try changing the libva driver to i965 if it solves the error, Your error logs shows the call to i965 driver instead of iHD.

xwininfo -tree always shows 0 children on lambda container

As the title states, I'm finding that whenever I issue xwininfo -tree on a container running Ubuntu in lambda, there are never child screens, though when I run the same container locally it works fine (listing all the windows used by said application). The issue must lie somewhere from application start and it registering with the X server. Does anyone have any insights here as to what could be going on, or how I can get this to work?
To attach some code to this problem, the gist is essentially:
# Start Xvfb
Xvfb $DISPLAY -screen 0 1920x1080x24 -nolisten tcp -nolisten unix &
# Open Visual Studio Code (just as an example application)
code .
# List all windows
xwininfo -root -tree
As mentioned, locally xwininfo produces something like this:
Root window id: 0x50d (the root window) (has no name)
Parent window id: 0x0 (none)
6 children:
0x600006 "Code": ("code" "Code") 800x600+560+240 +560+240
0x600002 "Get Started - src - Visual Studio Code": ("code" "Code") 1024x768+448+156 +448+156
0x600003 (has no name): () 1x1+0+0 +0+0
0x800003 "code": ("code" "Code") 200x200+0+0 +0+0
1 child:
0x800004 (has no name): () 1x1+-1+-1 +-1+-1
0x800001 "code": ("code" "Code") 10x10+10+10 +10+10
0x600000 "Chromium clipboard": () 10x10+-100+-100 +-100+-100
but in lambda, the output only shows the root window, with no children:
Root window id: 0x50d (the root window) (has no name)
Parent window id: 0x0 (none)
0 children.
What could be going on here? Why are my application windows not appearing in the output of xwininfo -tree?
This is a sort of half answer in that I'm unable to definitely solve the root cause of the original question, but it's an answer that explains tells why Visual Studio Code fails to launch (and does not appear in xwininfo). If you pass the --verbose flag to Visual Studio code when it launches, in a Lambda environment, you'll get output like this:
prctl(PR_SET_NO_NEW_PRIVS) failed
prctl(PR_SET_NO_NEW_PRIVS) failed
Unable to create argv.json configuration file in /home/sbx_user1051/.vscode/argv.json, falling back to defaults (Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, mkdir \'/home/sbx_user1051/.vscode\')

The problem is that even though Visual Studio Code is built on Electron / Chromium, it doesn't seem to support a --headless option yet (as apposed to something like Chrome, which is possible to launch in a Lambda function with some careful tinkering). So, due to the restrictions of the Lambda environment, for now, it seems that it's not possible to Launch Visual Studio code in a lambda environment. (I know there is the web version, but I don't want this). Would have been nice as a single instance per call would have been perfect for what I was trying to accomplish. I'm going to move on to some other backend infrastructure to do what I want...

Android Studio Emulator AMD Ryzen 5 not working

I try to run an emulator after making so many configuration to work with an AMD cpu, I have a windows 10, already disabled Hyper-V and disabled Windows Hypervisor Platform, enabled Virtualization on bios, installed SDK tools on in SDK Manager, and even change graphics emulator to Hardware-GLES 2.0.
Finally, I can effectively had an emulator launches, but my flutter app is not installed.
I wanted to have a stacktrace so I run my emulator with command line and first of all, I have something like this :
Failed to open /qemu.conf, err: 2

After searches, I added an empty qemu.conf file at C:/
Then :

In event log I have this stuff :
Could someone help me please ? I need to run on emulator because I need to make a presentation (it works well on my android device also)

libGL error - Unabe to load drivers with OpengGL code in Ubuntu

I just installed PyOpenGL and proceed practice with this tutorial. It starts with this simple code that creates a window:
from OpenGL.GL import *
from OpenGL.GLUT import *
from OpenGL.GLU import *
window = 0 # glut window number
width, height = 500, 400 # window size
def draw(): # ondraw is called all the time
glClear(GL_COLOR_BUFFER_BIT | GL_DEPTH_BUFFER_BIT) # clear the screen
glLoadIdentity() # reset position
# ToDo draw rectangle
glutSwapBuffers() # important for double buffering
# initialization
glutInit() # initialize glut
glutInitDisplayMode(GLUT_RGBA | GLUT_DOUBLE | GLUT_ALPHA | GLUT_DEPTH)
glutInitWindowSize(width, height) # set window size
glutInitWindowPosition(0, 0) # set window position
window = glutCreateWindow("noobtuts.com") # create window with title
glutDisplayFunc(draw) # set draw function callback
glutIdleFunc(draw) # draw all the time
glutMainLoop()
But when I try to run it I get this set of errors:
An error ocurred while starting the kernel
libGL error: unable to load driver: nouveau_dri.so
libGL error: driver pointer missing
libGL error: failed to load driver: nouveau
libGL error: unable to load driver: swrast_dri.so

Can someone guide me on what they mean or how to fix them?
There are some discussions on the internet about this issue, but I haven't found one with strong solution. I'm using Ubuntu 16 by the way. Thanks
It seems you have installed some proprietary drivers and after that things got broke. You should uninstall newly installed NVDIA driver and reinstall it. Then on main window go to search application and type additional drivers in that window select driver you installed.
If this doesn't help and you have not installed any additional drivers please type following command on terminal and see if you have this file
》》locate nouveau_dri.so
If it can't find install it and that should fix error.

cygwin startxwin.bat does not work

I tried to install x11 for cygwin. The installation appears to go well BUT there is no startxwin.bat file as described in the docs. I downloaded this file manually and put it in the right place. It runs and in taskmanager I see xwin.exe - BUT there is no "TERMINAL".
Can anyone help?
PS: I am trying to get x11 because I believe I need it to plot prettily in gnuplot - could some confirm that I do need x11 for that.

I don't think that you need X11 for gnuplot on Windows. See: http://www.gnuplot.info/ :
Gnuplot supports many different types of output
interactive screen display: cross-platform (Qt, wxWidgets, x11) or system-specific (MS Windows, OS/2)
static screen display: system-specific (OSX(aqua), svga, ...)
direct output to file: postscript (including eps), pdf, png, gif, jpeg, LaTeX, metafont, emf, svg, ...
mouseable web display formats: HTML5, svg
However, it might be easier to use a different precompiled binary. See: http://www.maths.manchester.ac.uk/~pjohnson/Gnuplot/windows_gnuplot.html
