I am using Windows10 x64 and OneDrive (I think it is for business). No matter if I only open 1 file from the OneDrive folder the little icon will say it is processing 187 changes. It takes a lot longer to finish syncing to the cloud as it does these extra 186 changes, whatever they might be.
Is this a bug or a setting I need to change? I've tried re-installing (from Office 365) but no luck.
I only get this problem on my HP laptop. My Dell PC (Win10 x64, same Office 365 installation) has the number of changes to process that I would expect given the number of files I've been editing/creating.
Any ideas?

All my pictures and important info got deleted, alon with my exodus wallet recovery phrase and everything!! Is there a way i could get those data back??
If you didn't explicitly wipe out the drives, you can still get your stuff. The OS just lost track of where everything is.
If you load a Windows image to a stick and boot from it, you will probably find your files.
Althoght they wont be inside the Documents folder or whatever default folders windows comes with. You will have to get into your drive and search for the folder. The path will probably under users or something.

I interrupted an install of Windows 2008 server on a fast machine that was taking too long with the intentional of using an alternative boot media to the USB flash drive I was using. (It kept showing me a message saying it was preparing my computer for first time use for nearly 2 hrs).
I therefore removed the USB drive and surprisingly it then came up with the message asking to either start in safe mode or a normal start.
I choose a normal start and it booted fine. Should I have confidence in using this as a production server or should I just go for a clean install ?
As a "production server"? You shouldn't even be asking, don't take any risks at all and redo it, it doesn't take that long.

How can i download and use Microsoft Edge in Windows 8.1 ?
No. you can't.
Microsoft Edge is not a standalone browser (as of now). I've also tried many a times for some alternative but no..
I've tried finding the setup file of this browser from the Windows 10 installed OS but couldn't.
ps. In future it might be available.
For more info, you can join this conversation on Quora
A standalone version is not available. And Microsoft has no plans of releasing the edge browser on other versions of Windows besides 10 or any other platforms for that matter.
So to answer your question, you can't.
You can use a virtual machine if you want to use Edge on Windows.
You can read about this here.

I'm trying to find the ISO image of Windows 10 Pro on MSDN but I can't find it.
Am I missing something?
After I sign in, I type Windows 10 in the search textbox and it offers me different sku's but the Pro version is nowhere to be found.
Likewise if I look under the Windows section.
Windows 10 Pro is in the Windows 10 (Multiple Editions).

Hey I'm trying to install Microsoft Office using linux and wine but everytime I run the setup application I get this error:
Setup cannot find the required setup controller file. Either there was
a network error, an error reading from the CD, DVD, or other
installation media, or a problem with the package you downloaded.
I'm not sure what I should do.
What version of office do you try to install? Probably you can try to install other version, that works better with wine. I hope this link will help you - https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=31
it is list of versions of Microsoft office and their perfomance under wine.
