Object variable or With block variable not set issue - excel

I'm having issues with a loop performing multiple if-conditionals. What im doing is
1. Define ranges and cells for "what to look for and where to look from".
2. Issue part: My If should be three-leveled.
- If x is true, do things, else if2
- If2 is true, do things, else if3
- if3 is true, do things
Loop next x
For some reason it goes fine for a couple of times but then it gives me Object variable or With block variable not set. How do i fix this..?

VBA evaluates both sides of the AND statement, so if cl is nothing, it still tries to use it on the second part (giving you an error)...
You need to nest 2 If's instead like this

If you were using VB.NET then you could use AndAlso instead and structure it more like you have it, but you aren't, so you can't.

Excel VBA Passing Variables

I need to pass the variables max, min, and their respective locations to another sub where it will format each max and min in their respective column. I am trying to create an array that will store the locations and the values but its not working.
I was told to first identify the number of columns used and the number of rows, which is the beginning.

The code below uses the ActiveSheet which you need to change to reference the worksheet for your data. Additionally, it assumes that your data starts with Row 1. The code looks at each column in the range and stores the minimum/maximum (it does not account for multiple cells which may share the min or max value) value found in the column as well as the cell's address, in an array and then passes the array to two different subs, one which simply displays the information in a message and one which formats the the background color of the cells. This code does not perform any kind of error handling, but should get you where you want to go.

You need not Trim the Keys if you are sure that there can't be any stray leading or trailing blanks.
Your second picture doesn't need VBA. It can be produce by this formula, entered in C2 and copied down.

In fact, you can even do the job of my above code without VBA. Enter this formula in G2 of your sheet as an array formula (confirmed with CTL + SHIFT + ENTER if you don't have Excel 365), and the other one in H. Then copy both formulas down.

I have product codes: (they are in C column of active sheet)

Basically, the 60,000 data strings will go into an array in memory, then the array will be searched against the 1,000 products. Searching in memory should be quick.
One thing I would raise is the exclusion method may produce false positives.
For example, excluding NP will exclude: -

You may want to think about the method overall.
Have you considered an array formula, not sure how it will perform vs code, but, you could do something along these lines, where list is in A and prod numbers in B

Excel VBA: How to transform this kind of cells?

I am not sure if the title is correct. Please correct me if you have a better idea.
Here is my problem: Please see the picture.
This excel sheet contains only one column, let's say ColumnA. In ColumnA there are some cells repeat themselvs in the continued cells twice or three times (or even more).
I want to have the excel sheet transformed according to those repeated cells. For those items which repeat three times or more, keep only two of them.
[Shown in the right part of the picture. There are three Bs originally, target is just keep two Bs and delete the rest Bs.]
It's a very difficult task for me. To make it easier, it's no need to delete the empty rows after transformation.
Any kind of help will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

If you can delete the values that have more than two counts, then I suggest that this might work:

This should do it. It takes input in column A starting in Row 2 until it ends, and ignores more than 2 same consecutive values. Then it copies them in sets and pastes them transposed. If your data is in a different column and row, change the sourceRange variable and the i variable accordingly.
