I want to have comment functionality for each document in document library, just like the same way we have it in sitepage for Modern UI.
Is it possible to achieve it ?

I've not done this myself but I think you would need to go in to the site settings and play around with the Search area to get something like this to work. I think the area you would have to tinker with would be Result sources.

I want to enable quick search on records and include regarding notes on that search.
I am able to do it through advanced find but look for a way to it with quick search.
I am using dynamic crm 2013 on premise.

My suggestion is to create a custom quickfind search page and attach it to the sitemap.
Inside the search page you can easily get the actual entity quickfind fetch and layout xml or create your custom advance find query and tailor the results into an advanced find iframe.
I'm a bit new in Teamstudio xcontrol ( a bootcard based UI for xpage ) and i'm wondering if there is a property or a function that allows deleting of documents. I checked the FormViewer Custom control, FormEditor and any custom control that is related to domino documents or view but I haven't found any. I also checked the website of the xcontrol but I haven't found any. Do I miss something or do we really need to create the functionality on our own. Thanks in advance for the help!
They're isn't, however in the upcoming version 1.2 we do support the addition of custom buttons so you could add your own delete button.
Is there a ready made solution to allow users to add comments to an image posted in SharePoint picture library or basically any item in a document library?
What I need is allow user who are viewing an image from a picture library for example to add comment, view comments others have left and provide some sort of voting. Similar to what you get with Facebook or Youtube.

I don't think you'll be able to get that level of control with the standard blog component. Should be reasonably easy to implement using CKSEBE though.
Easiest method I can think of within the standard blog is to use jQuery to hide the comment form - that way you only need to get the value of the field appearing somewhere on the page.
