I am not able to open Azure data factory in any browser, it just keep loading from past 1 hour. I have tried refreshing and using other browser, is there any specific reason why it happens? All other services on azure portal is working fine.
Browsers which I have tried:
Mozilla Firefox 65.0.2
Internet explorer 9
Microsoft Edge 42
Opera Latest
For all of the above browsers all services are fine but when I click on "Author & Monitor", it opens up a new tab and keep loading.
I often experience this issue but not always. The azure data factory UI keep loading or keep asking me to re-enter my account information. I fixed it by using incognito mode in the browser.
You could find many clues from this MSDN case. Also, try Chrome browser according to this case:Azure Data Factory v2 portal is slow
In order to access ADF portal you should use Google Chrome as at this moment other browsers does not support this portal.
See the response for similar issue: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/26dd2244-efa2-4225-a32f-2f68d3a60139/data-factory-ui-is-not-loading .
Thank you that worked - using firefox vs IE solved it. I don't wish to use Chrome.
I had this problem today too, I fixed it just by logging out from another account that I had log in moments before
This is the official solution: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/data-factory-ux-troubleshoot-guide?tabs=edge#azure-data-factory-studio-fails-to-load
Pay attention to the third party cookie settings.
ADF officially supports both Chrome and Edge. So you don't have to use Chrome. Firefox actually also works.

I am trying to add new permissions to my Azure AD Application, however when I try, it gets stuck on a loading screen that has now lasted for more than half an hour. I tried different browsers (firefox, Chrome, Edge) with no different result.
A screenshot of the loading screen can be seen here.
EDIT:
Aditionally, I tried creating a new App, and I even created a whole new Account, however it didn't work.
It might get stuck on the loading screen due to cache/cookies. I know it's kind of a pain, but you can try deleting the cache/cookies and opening an incognito window which should help it load.
If the issue persists it may require deeper troubleshooting. If you send me an email I can open a support case for you.
I checked Azure Status and it doesn't seem like there are any reported outages that could be causing this.
Apearantly, adding new Scopes worked by using preview.portal.azure.com, even as far as to the normal Azure AD portal. I don't know why it worked, but somehow it did.
Clicking on Author and Monitor for Azure Data Factory V2 does not load the UI. It keeps saying Loading..... and nothing happens.
I tried clearing browser cache, history.
Tried different browsers.
Tried directly logging into ADF
Firstly, please see this Link: Currently, Data Factory UI is supported only in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome web browsers.

Updates at 30.DEC.2019:
The UI started working after couple of days without any changes.
I am trying to price out various azure services and when I add them to the calculator and make changes the estimate does not update.
I have tried this in Edge, IE, Chrome, Firefox (normal browsing and Private) and I get the same results.
I also ran CCleaner and removed all of the files for each browser.
The calculator did work a few days ago.
Any ideas?
I had the same problem. A solution that works for me is to open a new InPrivate window from the Edge browser. (A new private window from Firefox did not solve the problem).
Perhaps the problem is related to cookies? I have not tested after deleting all cookies. #jake, when you used CCleaner, was it set to delete cookies or just cached data and files?
(For what it is worth, in the Firefox developer console I see several warnings related to failed loading of JS scripts. I can't say if such a failure is the cause of the problem, but it looks like Microsoft needs to do better testing of the calculator page.)
I really didn't wanted to ask that kind of question in this resource, but I have no choice.
I have tried ask this question to Azure Support on Twitter, but they told me to open support case in azure portal itself. However, if you want to use their direct support, you must pay money.
MSDN forums does not allow me to post screenshots until it verifies my account, so this makes posting there useless.
When I want to add new Virtual machine I press Add button on Virtual Machines tab. Then it opens new tab with loading message and hangs. It says loading and then nothing happens.
I have cleared cache of my browser, opended incognito mode, still this happens.
I have installed another browser, opened portal and Dashboard still hangs at loading tab.
I have tried to open portal on my friends computers, problem still persists.
This is screenshot of this problem:
This is Javascript console:
According to this screenshot, Azure Portals Dashboard has javascript errors.
Why this is happening? Did I encounter some kind of bug?
As David said, it is not directly related to the forum, but there was partial portal outage, according to the https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/status/. North America users were impacted.
Looks like that issue was mitigated.
If that is the helpful answer, please mark it as a helpful or as the answer. Thanks!
I am trying to enable the adsense management api from the google developers console. I have created a project and under APIs and auth I go to APIs and try to turn on AdSense Management API, but when I click it it just shows a toast notification saying "Error Enabling Adsense Management API". I really need this to work. So help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Sai
I had the same problem. I disabled my AdBlocker. Then it worked just fine!
Have you tried using a different browser or going back to the old version of the console? I had a similar issue because the browser blocked the Terms of Service agreement page.
I had the same problem. Disable AdBlock plugin and it will work!
Open a new incognito window and open the console url "https://console.developers.google.com/" there. After that, activate the AdSense Management API.
