Azure Portals Dashboard, adding new virtual machine hangs at loading panel - azure

I really didn't wanted to ask that kind of question in this resource, but I have no choice.
I have tried ask this question to Azure Support on Twitter, but they told me to open support case in azure portal itself. However, if you want to use their direct support, you must pay money.
MSDN forums does not allow me to post screenshots until it verifies my account, so this makes posting there useless.
When I want to add new Virtual machine I press Add button on Virtual Machines tab. Then it opens new tab with loading message and hangs. It says loading and then nothing happens.
I have cleared cache of my browser, opended incognito mode, still this happens.
I have installed another browser, opened portal and Dashboard still hangs at loading tab.
I have tried to open portal on my friends computers, problem still persists.
This is screenshot of this problem:
This is Javascript console:
According to this screenshot, Azure Portals Dashboard has javascript errors.
Why this is happening? Did I encounter some kind of bug?

As David said, it is not directly related to the forum, but there was partial portal outage, according to the https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/status/. North America users were impacted.
Looks like that issue was mitigated.
If that is the helpful answer, please mark it as a helpful or as the answer. Thanks!

Can't add scopes to my Azure AD application

I am trying to add new permissions to my Azure AD Application, however when I try, it gets stuck on a loading screen that has now lasted for more than half an hour. I tried different browsers (firefox, Chrome, Edge) with no different result.
A screenshot of the loading screen can be seen here.
EDIT:
Aditionally, I tried creating a new App, and I even created a whole new Account, however it didn't work.
It might get stuck on the loading screen due to cache/cookies. I know it's kind of a pain, but you can try deleting the cache/cookies and opening an incognito window which should help it load.
If the issue persists it may require deeper troubleshooting. If you send me an email I can open a support case for you.
I checked Azure Status and it doesn't seem like there are any reported outages that could be causing this.
Apearantly, adding new Scopes worked by using preview.portal.azure.com, even as far as to the normal Azure AD portal. I don't know why it worked, but somehow it did.

Azure data factory not loading

I am not able to open Azure data factory in any browser, it just keep loading from past 1 hour. I have tried refreshing and using other browser, is there any specific reason why it happens? All other services on azure portal is working fine.
Browsers which I have tried:
Mozilla Firefox 65.0.2
Internet explorer 9
Microsoft Edge 42
Opera Latest
For all of the above browsers all services are fine but when I click on "Author & Monitor", it opens up a new tab and keep loading.
I often experience this issue but not always. The azure data factory UI keep loading or keep asking me to re-enter my account information. I fixed it by using incognito mode in the browser.
You could find many clues from this MSDN case. Also, try Chrome browser according to this case:Azure Data Factory v2 portal is slow
In order to access ADF portal you should use Google Chrome as at this moment other browsers does not support this portal.
See the response for similar issue: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/26dd2244-efa2-4225-a32f-2f68d3a60139/data-factory-ui-is-not-loading .
Thank you that worked - using firefox vs IE solved it. I don't wish to use Chrome.
I had this problem today too, I fixed it just by logging out from another account that I had log in moments before
This is the official solution: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/data-factory-ux-troubleshoot-guide?tabs=edge#azure-data-factory-studio-fails-to-load
Pay attention to the third party cookie settings.
ADF officially supports both Chrome and Edge. So you don't have to use Chrome. Firefox actually also works.

Gmail contextual gadget broken (again)

Link to previous issue: Gmail contextual gadget broken
Yesterday we received a couple of customer complaints regarding our Gmail gadget. They claimed that it had gone missing from their account. This morning, several of our employees have reported the same although, this isn't happening for everyone.
We haven't made any changes to the gadget and since it loads for some, I don't think this was caused by us.
What happens:
The window of the contextual gadget does not appear in the main Gmail interface
The window of the contextual gadget does not appear when opening an email in a new window (shift + click). This differs from when this happened previously.
We've also contacted Google and they have responded that they are looking into the issue. We've also seen that the shift-click to open an email in a new window doesn't work as a work around this time.
The last time this happened our monitoring showed that about 10% of users lost their access to the gadget per-day. We seeing a similar drop off in activity this time around.
Here are the details of the response I received from Google for this issue
Thank you for contacting Google for Work Support. I understand that
that you Gmail Contextual Gadgets have disappeared again from the
Gmail web interface.
I notice there are other user reporting a similar behavior hence he
have requested an update from our Eng team and I am currently waiting
for their response. As soon as I have an official response, I will be
contacting you back directly with the next steps.
Also I notice you mentioned that the previous workaround is no longer
working. Previously the workaround provided was to press "Shift" and
then click on the email. The email will be opened in a new window and
then the gadgets should be displayed. Can you please confirm if the
above workaround is working or not?
I’ll keep this case open while I wait for your reply. If you have any
other questions or additional comments, don’t hesitate to reply and
I'll be happy to continue helping you.
Sincerely,
Wilmer Google for Work Support
Here is the latest update from Google
As before this issue appears to be UI based as opposed to any problem with the Contextual Gadget API itself, we've gathered some troubleshooting information from affected test environments and are working on identifying a clear root cause and then remedying the behaviour at the moment.
There isn't any further you need to do on your end, I'll update you as I learn of any changes in the status of this behaviour.

Patrick

manage.windowsazure.com user experience issues

What am I missing that is causing my issues accessing "https://manage.windowsazure.com" or "https://portal.azure.com"
My problem is trying to access either of these sites from IE 11 on Windows 8.1. It is running as a VM in VMWare Fusion.
If I try to open IE as a normal session and go to the portal site I get the url. ../sigin/index and a white page, nothing else happens at all. If I try to access the manage site I am able to get to the "all items" view but I always am shown the message "You have signed out elsewhere. Click OK to log out from the management portal" I can get around this by hitting escape. I've tried deleting Temporary internet files and cookies to no avail.
If I try opening IE in a private session and go to portal.azure.com I am currently able to get into the portal and I can get into the manage.windowsazure.com page, however the information does not load/refresh. I.e. this morning when I logged in I could get in, and I tried to delete several of my resources. The webpage said it was doing something, but it never seemed to process. Logging in now, none of the resources load (just progress bars for all of them.
Now if I open these same sites in Safari on my host computer the management experience is much better, I can delete things, the pages load and refresh.
Yesterday I went to an Microsoft sponsored intro class on Azure. The facility was also using Windows 8 and I created a new outlook.com account for the class. I had no inexplicable issues managing Azure during the class.
Is this a hardware resource issue or the fact that we're using ADFS. Any help is appreciated.
We are using ADFS for our Office365 logins and I'm trying to access the azure account associated with my Office365 account. We have no noticeable issues getting into the Office365 sites.
My VM has 2 GB of RAM and is running on a MacBook Pro (2012) 2.6 GHz i7. Suggestions are appreciated. I really want to make Azure work for us, but it seems overly difficult. This has been across multiple days and reboots of my computer. I'm pretty sure along the way I have reset IE as well.
--edit I upped the VM to 4GB of RAM and no immediate changes yet.

Azure based Umbraco site - when logging in, I get logged back out immediately

I have recently installed a website project on Azure and that was relatively easy to do thanks to great docs online. We are having a problem with the back office (admin) login though, it's a bit strange, as it didn't happen straight away, I shall elaborate....
When I go to http://www.keelycattschoolofdance.co.uk/umbraco/ it takes me to the login page, which seems fine.
(The url at this point becomes www.keelycattschoolofdance.co.uk/.../login.aspx)
I then login, which works and it starts to display the admin panels but then bounces back to the login and the URL becomes www.keelycattschoolofdance.co.uk/.../login.aspx
I am running this on Azure using the Accelerator, latest version of Umbraco and using SQL CE 4.0 rather than SQL Server.
has anyone seen this before?
Please let me know if you need more information, I shall respond :-)
Thanks in advance
Nick
It sounds like it may be a Session error. This is a problem for Azure and Umbraco because Azure uses round robin load balancing.
The normal way of setting up an Umbraco site using the accelerator would be to have a separate session DB where the shared session state is stored.
Make sure you are using this accelerator for Umbraco on Azure as it's the latest and best.
http://waacceleratorumbraco.codeplex.com/
We have several large production sites using this and I can confirm they all work fine (including the backend editing environment).
Things to watch out for are that you need to follow the instructions closely as they are easy to get wrong :-)
Make sure you don't have dashes in your db names as this makes things go wrong as well.
Finally if you are using more than one web role the Umbraco preview can sometimes yellow screen, as the preview XML may not be on the server that gets to the preview request. This is again because of the round robin load balancing.
