Merge Azure Subscription with MSDN Subscription - azure

We have an Azure subscription (Pay-As-You-Go) on one email a1#rolsped.com (username) and a separate MSDN Visual Studio Enterprise subscription on another email address a2#rolsped.com (username).
The Azure subscription is for production (Pay-As-You-Go). What I found is that: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/member-offers/credit-for-visual-studio-subscribers/
But this would create a complete new Azure subscription and it is stated that this is for DEV/TEST purposes only. I read between those lines that the preformance would not be as good as what we have now with the separate Azure subscription(Pay-As-You-Go). So not suitable for our needs. Further I found that it is a separate kind of Azure subscription called Dev/Test
How can we get the 150 EUR per month credit from the Visual Studio Enterprise MSDN subscription as credit in our exsiting Azure subscription (Pay-As-You-Go)?

Getting the credit out of the MSDN offer, and transferring it to another subscription (basically the scenario you suggest) is not possible. These are two completely separate offers and cannot be combined in a sense.

Add Visual Studio Professional subscription to Azure account

I need some help in activating my Azure MSDN subscription.
I had earlier created a free account with Organization ID which got expired after 1 month. After this, I did not do anything and this Azure subscription of mine is disabled.
Now, I have installed VS Professional licensed copy on my system for which I want to change the Azure Free subscription to Azure MSDN subscription.
But, when I try to add new subscription to my Azure account with VS Studio MSDN, it says -
You are not eligible for this offer.
This offer is only available to Visual Studio Professional Subscription (MSDN) subscribers.
Also, when I open "https://my.visualstudio.com", it still shows my subscription type as "Visual Studio Dev Essentials".
How to resolve this issue?
Any extra steps to be taken to associate my Organization ID with VS subscription?
Try with these steps
1.If you already have the subscription .If you assigned a subscription to yourself, you can visit the Visual Studio subscriber portal to start downloading software and using other subscriber benefits.
2.Click View my subscription to open the subscriber portal and begin using
your subscription.
If you purchased more than one subscription, proceed to the Visual Studio Subscriptions Admin portal to assign subscriptions to others. You may need to add your new subscriptions to the Admin Portal if this is the first time you've purchased them.

2 subscriptions "Microsoft Azure" & "Pay-As-You-Go" when creating Azure App Service, which one to chose to host sharepoint remote event receiver

I want to deploy our SharePoint remote event receiver inside an Azure web app. but when i create a new web app i got 2 subscriptions ("Microsoft Azure" OR "Pay-As-You-Go"), as follow:-
So i am not sure what are the main differences between these 2 subscriptions?
second question; which one is more suitable for hosting SharePoint remote event receivers?
Pay as you go is just like it says, you pay for only the services that you use, based on the pricing for that service. More info here.
A subscription is as described here "a logical grouping of Azure services that is linked to an Azure account. A single Azure account can contain multiple subscriptions. Billing for Azure services is done on a per-subscription basis. For a list of the available subscription offers by type, see Microsoft Azure Offer Details"
You have two subscriptions set up. On is a pay as you go subscription, and one is another type, although I'm not sure what. There should be no difference which one you select from a technical standpoint. It is only a matter of how you want to be billed. Azure web apps have a free tier as well.
There is no technical difference between the two subscriptions. There might be a difference with regards to support levels or service level agreements (SLAs), e.g. if one of them is a Dev/Test subscription. There might be a difference in "purpose" - one might be exclusively for "production use cases", while the other might be for testing. There is no way for us to know.
You really should ask the person responsible for the Azure subscriptions on which one you should use. If you set them up yourself, you take a more detailed look at the subscriptions themselves.

Azure Free licensing

I have two account Azure FREE MSDN account and Azure Enterprise account.
Can I combine the Azure Free and Enterprise License with one account
so that I can start using only one account and switch between subscriptions
Thank you
Due to authentication requirements and licensing we cannot do that, thats what I heard from one the MSFT team members just now.

Using organizational AD for multiple Azure subscriptions

We have two Azure subscriptions and an Office 365 subscription for our company.
In "Subscription #1", we have a VNET and a bunch of VMs. We have our "organizational AD" in this VNET. We also set our Office 365 subscription to use our organizational AD that is in this Subscription #1.
We then have a second Azure subscription (Subscription #2) in which we have WebApp's, databases and Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS - formerly Visual Studio Online) repositories. We set up our VSTS to use the directory service -- WAAD -- associated with this second subscription.
My question is: can we set it so that this second Azure subscription uses our organizational AD to manage user access? Our primary goal here is to have "single sign-on" in this second Azure subscription. For example, we want our developers to be able to use their organization AD accounts to access the VSTS repositories.
P.S. We do prefer keeping these two Azure subscriptions separate but still have single sign-on.
In short, yes you can. The easiest way to do this is by putting in a support ticket with Azure and asking them to perform this task for you. You should be able to put a ticket in with billing support to avoid costs.
The other way to do this involves having the Service Administrator of the 2nd Azure subscription be a Global Admin on the Azure Active Directory in question. You can then follow the steps found in this link.

How to use other subscriptions to create new web site on Azure

In the new Azure Portal, people who with 3-Month Free Trial subscription can create up to 10 websites.
I create a website using 3-Month Free Trial subscription already. Otherwise I have other subscriptions like Windows Azure MSDN and Pay-As-You-Go, but how can I create new website using these other subscriptions.
I mean, when I try to create new website, there's no way to select subscriptions, and the new website is always under 3-Month Free Trial subscription.
Based on your above description, I am not sure if you have a Paid Windows Azure Subscription.
So what you really need is to get a paid subscription first and that you can get directly from Windows Azure Account section at Portal. Paid subscription means you will have to pay for any other services (i.e. storage, bandwidth etc as applicable) you will use. You will have 10 free websites and will not pay anything if you just use Windows Azure Websites (ONLY) but still pay for Azure storage or anything else.
If you have multiple subscription associated with one single live account and accounts have Preview features enabled then I can see that new Management Portal does not have a way to select specific subscription to create a service. You would need to login to older portal and setup different Live ID for different subscription in "User Management" section and then use that specific Live ID to access specific subscription to create your website. (Note: The preview Portal is still in preview that's why such functionality in not available yet).
The new subscription needs to have the Preview features enabled:
"All you have to do is activate the Web Sites preview on the new subscription by going to Account (View my bill) -> Preview Features: https://account.windowsazure.com/PreviewFeatures "
