Forwarding a website without changing the visible URL - .htaccess

I would like to forward users who visit xyz.com to abc.com/xyz without the URL changing, and without using an iframe. I also want xyz.com/1 to lead to abc.com/xyz/1
Can you help me do this?
Other details:
The website at abc.com/xyz is a Wordpress site, so I can change the URL to look like xyz.com
The main reason for this is that getting hosting on xyz.com is way too expensive for my organization, and abc.com is owned by our parent org which gave us that options

How can I point multiple domain names to the same GitHub Pages site?

This seems like it should be a trivial task but isn't proving to be one for me...
How should I go about pointing multiple domain names to the same GitHub Pages hosted site?
Example:
I have created an account named test on GitHub and created a repository test.github.io
I bought test.com
I configured test.com's DNS as below
I have told GitHub Pages to enforce https and look out for custom domain test.com
My site is now live on test.com and www.test.com, woohoo!
DNS Config for test.com:
A # 185.199.108.153 (github's nameserver)
A # 185.199.109.153 (github's nameserver)
A # 185.199.110.153 (github's nameserver)
A # 185.199.111.153 (github's nameserver)
CNAME # www.test.github.io (for www redirect)
I would ALSO like example.com (and a few other domains, foo.com, bar.com and foobar.com) to redirect to test.com
How do I do this?
With an apache server, this would be easy, be GitHub Pages only supports static sites.
Any ideas?
As always, thanks for any suggestions!
The ideal place to have this redirect is your DNS provider. You can redirect foo.com, bar.com, etc. or whatever you want to test.com. Alternatively, if you happen to use Cloud Flare, forwarding can easily be setup from there too.
But if you don't want to do that and insist on using Github only, refer to this answer. What you can do in this case is create another repository (other than test.github.io) with same contents and link it to another domain such as foo.com. You can use Github Actions or something to sync your changes from main repo to the others.
Of course, the only drawback of this method is that for every domain you want to link, you'll have to create an additional github repo.
I've accepted #Prahlad Yeri's answer from above, and am just leaving this here so that other's who stumble onto this question can easily figure out how to do this... As mentioned "The ideal place to have this redirect is your DNS provider"
To do this with domains purchased from domain dot com it is VERY simple, and even INSTANTANEOUS! I can imagine with GoDaddy or other providers it will be similar.
On Domain dot com's control panel:
Log into account for the domain you wish to redirect
Go to "Pointers and Subdomains" on the left sidebar
Choose either "URL Standard" or "URL Stealth" from the pointer options, then enter the desired redirect URL in the "Directory" field
Press Save and you're good to go, immediately!
URL Stealth means that your URL will remain as what the user has typed in, and URL standard means it will display the URL of the site that you've directed to. More documentation on pointers and subdomains (for domain dot com) can be found at domain.com/help/article/domain-management-how-to-update-domain-pointers

Connect WIX to subfolder of domain

I have a website example.com that is hosted on AWS. The main site is being produced by a development team. I have a landing page created through WIX.com. I would like to point the landing page to something like "example.com/promo" without interfering with the rest of example.com. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible, you just need to use URL Rewrite on your code, so when people browse to example.com, it will automatically redirect to example.com/promo.

How can I forward a subdomain to another domain but follow all pages

I need to setup a sub domain to point to a certain part of another website, for example
Swindon.ukontheweb.co.uk to point to - http://ukontheweb.co.uk/location/england/wiltshire/swindon/
But I need the sub domain to follow all links not just a forwarding, so when you click a link on the Page it will show like this - Swindon.UKontheWeb.co.uk/ all pages of site
Baisically need the Subdomain to forward to new sites page but Subdomain to remain in Browser and follow links so Swindon.ukontheweb.co.uk/ anypage of new site.
I am new to this so I hope someone can help
You must have already created A record for subdomain in domain panel.
In your hosting panel, you simply have to point document root for your subdomain to the directry you mentioned.
It will not be forwarding but be working like you require.

url masking and forwarding

I have a website running on openshift (xx.rhcloud.com) and I bought a domain name from one of the BIG providers (mydomain.com).
When somebody goes to www.mydomain.com/page1.php I would like the url in the browser to stay as is and the correct page to be loaded.
Here is what happens:
If I setup the domain name host with a 301 redirect
www.mydomain.com/page1.php show as xx.rhcloud.com/page1.php.
If I ask for masking (iframe) www.mydomain.com/page1.php becomes www.mydomain.com (the reset of the url never shows)
If I setup .htaccess file on the openshift side I'm stuck with "too many redirects" error.
I cannot use Cpannel because the server is not hosted by the BIG provided I bought the domain name from.
Please help me figure out what I'm missing and how to fix the problem.
Thanks,
Joanna

Redirect a new domain name to existing website in .htaccess?

I have register a new domain name (example.com.sg) without hosting server, but my existing website (example.co.uk) has hosting server with all scripts, content, and database.
How to pin point my new domain name to current website in [example.co.uk]'s htaccess file?
Or any other way to redirect that page when visitor type the URL domain name (example.com.sg) in browser and goes to my website (example.so.uk) ?
I'm not sure what you're wanting to do, but if you don't have a hosting server for a domain, you will not be able to have a .htaccess file (since it would need to be hosted) and therefore would not be able to redirect in that fashion.
Like I said though, I don't really understand what you're asking.
However, a redirect from one domain to some other would look like this:
Redirect 301 / http://example.co.uk/
That would send all hits to the root directory to example.co.uk.
This is what domain parking do. Go to the cpanel of your example.co.uk site and select parked domains. Then park example.com.sg on example.co.uk
