pcl/ml/svm.h VS pcl/ml/svm_wrapper.h
Also does anyone know if there is a official tutorial for this build in SVM lib?
I tried to search a lot but could not find anything except forum threads.
If anyone looking at this svm_wrapper.h includes the svm.h. I am not sure why it has this structure. I found a semi-tutorial here.

We have a large number of repositories. We want to implement a semantics(functionality) based code search on those repositories. Right now, we already have implemented keyword based code search in which we crawled through all the repository files and indexed them using elasticsearch. But that doesn't solve our problem as some of the repositories are poorly commented and documented, thus searching for specific codes/libraries become difficult.
So my question is: Is there any opensource libraries or any previous work done in this field which could help us index the semantics of the repository files, so that searching the code becomes easy and this would also help us in re-usability of the codes. I have found some research papers like Semantic code browsing, Semantics-based code search etc. but were of no use as there was no actual implementation given. So can you please suggest some good libraries or projects which could help me in achieving the same.
P.S:-Moreover, companies like Koders, Google, cocycles.com etc. started their code search based on functionality. But most of them have shut down their operations without giving any proper feedback, can anyone please tell me what kind of difficulties they are facing.

I am playing around with the Stanford coreNLP parser and I am having a small issue that I assume is just something stupid I'm missing due to my lack of experience. I am currently using the node.js stanford-corenlp wrapper module with the latest full Java version of Stanford CoreNLP.
My current results are returning somehting similar to the "Collapsed Dependencies with CC processed" data here: http://nlp.stanford.edu/software/example.xml
I am trying to figure out how I can get the dependencies titled "Universal dependencies, enhanced" as show here: http://nlp.stanford.edu:8080/parser/index.jsp
If anyone can shed some light on even just what direction I need to research more about, it would be extremely helpful. Currently Google has not been helping much with the specific "Enhanced" results and I am just trying to find out what I need to pass,call or include in my annotators to get the results shown at the link above. Extra (enhanced) dependencies can be enabled in the depparse annotator by using its 'depparse.extradependencies' option.
According to http://nlp.stanford.edu/software/corenlp.shtml it is set to NONE by default, and can be set to SUBJ_ONLY or MAXIMAL.
Any ideas what is the documentation generator used by lodash.com? I have been looking around into their documentation and using google and cannot find anything. I'd like to use a similar documentation style on a small project of mine

I'm having trouble with the library of DSNUTILB. I dont know what library it belongs to. I've been surfing the net but can't seem to find the answer to this. Can anyone help out? How to find the library? Thanks.
DSNUTILB is delivered by default in the SDSNLOAD dataset by IBM. Look in the appropriate SDSNLOAD dataset that is allocated by your DB2 subsystem.
I am mainly curious as to the inner workings of the engine itself. I couldnt find anything about the index format itself (IE in detail as though you were going to build your own compatible implementation) and how it works. I have poked through the code, but its a little large to swallow for what must be described somewhere since there are so many compatible ports to other languages around. Can anyone provide a decent link?

Although Lucene in Action does stop short of the detail in that link, I found it a useful companion to keep a handle on the big picture concepts while understanding the nitty gritty.
