How to get instant CSS changes with Chrome Extension?

I'm making a Chrome Extension which changes the layout of a website. When my extension is activated and the website loads, you can briefly see the real website then it switches to my modified version loading in all the CSS and JS from the Chrome Extension. Though I've used other extensions that do something similar but have it displayed before anything actually shows the real website. One example is Shine for Reddit. When Reddit shows, it shows the extensions version of the website right at the start. How can I do this?

Fetch as Google - Temporarily Unreachable ONLY on Mobile

I have created a new website www.bucketshowers.com and I tried to index it using google webmaster tools. Fetch as Google for the desktop worked just fine, but doing the same for mobile shows an error "Temporarily unreachbale". It's been a few days and the website REALLY is not avaible on mobile. It's driving me nuts. Here're is some information and things I have already tried:
Website is made with WP
I have disabled all SEO/meta tags plugins and I added a very basic robots.txt http://bucketshowers.com/robots.txt
I tried waiting 15min between fetching the root page on mobile
I have checked source code for the homepage to make sure there are no meta tags with nofollow or noindex attributes
I baffled by this issue and I would gladly take any advise/pointers what else can be done. Thank you.
The crazy thing was, that it was caused by WP Statistics plugin, which is probably the most popular from its kind - 500k downloads. When I deactivated it, everything is fine, google fetches of the mobile and the website is available. Incredible! I'm still searching for the actual problem within that plugin.

custom made Magento website to responsive website

I have created a custom website using the Magento platform (No pre-defined theme is used). This is a completely created from the scratch. Now after developing the website, some slider in homepage is not displaying properly in the mobile version in addition to other pages. Can you guys help me out?. I am fine to buy an extension or do any other minor changes, so that I can go-live with my website immediately.
Have you checked out themes there in magento commerce?
Also tryout inspect element from browser to rule out syntactic errors
All the Best

DW CS6 - phone gap

trying to dip my toe in mobile web apps, my new version of CS6 Dreamweaver seems to be missing phone gap examples.
Create new, from samples has
jQuery Mobile(CDN)
jQuery Mobile (local)
jQueryMobile with Theme (local)
all of the videos on adobes site seem to indicate
jQuery (phonegap)
jQueryMobile with Theme (phonegap)
Do I need these - why are they missing, where can I get them (or other samples)
I found this on a support form... Answers my question but makes me wonder why all the Adobe videos still show these two options when presenters are showing you CS6

... The jQuery Mobile samples pages under Mobile Starters are the right pages to use to get you started developing for PhoneGap Build in Dreamweaver.
The only reason that CS5.5 had separate listings in there for PhoneGap was to automatically insert the Phonegap JavaScript file (cordova.js), which would be extraneous when building apps with PhoneGap Build.
