I am using carousel view in xamarin forms to navigate through pages. After adding packages to my project's xamarin forms folder, I got an error "Cannot load file or assemble xamarin.forms.carouselview or one of its dependencies" I tried loading the assembly in appdelegate.cs. Now am getting a build error "Reference to type xamarin.forms.IItemViewController claims it is defined assembly xamarin.forms.core, version=1.5.0.0, culture=neutral, publickeytoken=null, but could be found" this error is pointing to the code of appdelegate that i have written.
I will be grateful if i get any suggetions
PS: this works perfect in a sample app. i am getting such error only when i am integrating this in my official project.
Xamarin Forms CarouselView has a dependency of Xamarin.Forms (>= 2.3.0.42-pre3)
You must upgrade to at least that version or higher. Your Xamarin.Forms.Core dll should then be version=2.0.0 instead of v1.5.0.

I am trying to create an AR App for navigation, so i downloaded the templates suggested by arcgis for that, while there were no errors in xamarin.forms there are lot of namespace errors in xamarin.ios where i wanted to build my app, the errors are attached below[
There was some import bug in Esri Xamarin.iOS templates alone, to rectify that problem, we need to go to Tools->Package Manager-> Manage Nuget Packages for solution->Search for all ArcGIS Packages-> once the search results are out, go to a ESRI.ArcGISRuntime package-> click the checkbox on the right where you will see it unchecked(in project version installed format)-> after checking the box you will find the install button select install-> Do it for all Esri.ArcGISRuntime packages and the errors will disappear.
If there is one error for "using ArcGISRuntime" use "using ESRI.ArcGISRuntime"
I am developing an Android App using Phonegap and trying to add the Push Notification.
I already added the plugin successfully using "phonegap plugin add phonegap-plugin-push". Config.xml was also updated and i can see the version of push plugin as 2.2.3.
Note: i created the project using the push-template. Cordova.js is also coded in index.html.
When i try to view my application on google browser. I get these errors.
Uncaught ReferenceError: module is not defined
at push.js:330
Uncaught TypeError: PushNotification.init is not a function.
I am not allowed yet to post pictures so here's the link for the section which is having an issue.

I've been trying to fix this. Read all related problem on github and stackoverflow but to no avail.
These are the versions i'm using.
cordova 9.0.0
phonegap 8.2.2
Solved!
The browser will give you this error if you are previewing your app using the index.html from the root folder of your application.
It should be compiled first to a specific platform so you can preview the app from the compiled files. This is the path in case of Android: platforms\android\app\src\main\assets\www
I cannot successfully compile an extension library that is freshly created using the Customization Project -> Extension Library -> Create New.
When compiling the freshly created extension library, I get the following error in the output, but no errors show in the error report:
1>C:\Program Files (x86)\Acumatica ERP\SilcotekDev\App_Data\Projects\ManufacturingTest\ManufacturingTest\Test.cs(6,7,6,9): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'PX' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
I have another custom extension library which had compiled successfully in the past, but today is not. Here is the full error list from that project's compilation:
I do have a custom DAC which I imported directly into the extension library, and I had compiled it before with that DAC added. Today it won't compile at all.
With update 3 of version 6.1 Acumatica has changed the target framework for its websites from 4.5.1 to 4.5.2. Unfortunately, the target version of the Addon.csproj VS project from the \App_Data\WebsiteSolution\Addon folder was not updated to .Net Framework 4.5.2 until update 9 of ver. 6.1 (build #6.10.0945). Because of the lower target version set for extension library VS project, VS cannot build the dll and therefore copy it to the Bin folder of your website.
There are 2 ways to resolve this type of an issue:
Change target framework version in VS for your extension library project:
Open the Addon.csproj VS project in a text editor, like NotePad, and change the target framework to v4.5.2 as shown in the screenshot below (located in the \App_Data\WebsiteSolution\Addon folder inside your Acumatica website root folder). Create a new customization project inside Acumatica, then in Customization Manager create extension library for the new project
There are a lot of things that could cause this problem.
1. is your program set up to read the PX namespace?
2. are you References setup the right way. You can always check by right clicking on the reference and selecting "Add reference"
I am setting up a Sitecore project and when I try to view the website in the Browser I get the following error message:
Could not load file or assembly 'Owin, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=f0ebd12fd5e55cc5' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
I understand the error, however, I am not sure why it is being thrown. Since I have included this reference for this project. I want answers of how you have overcome this error. Thanks
This is likely because you have the wrong version of the Owin.dll.
Though Sitecore out of the box doesn't depend on the Owin.dll there are some third party modules that rely on this dll particularly when concerning authentication.
I would check that you have not overwritten another version of the dll when you published the Visual Studio project to the website.
If you have binaries that depend on different versions of assemblies you can use Assembly binding redirects to target the correct version of the dll.
When I run the command mvn spring-boot:run, I get no errors. The problem is when I localhost:8080, the site does not properly render. I can not post an image here, but Home, Account, and Language are all in bullet form. Now when I installed it, I did get the error MSBUILD : error MSB3428: Could not load the Visual C++ component "VCBuild.exe" which I believe is related to node.js. I downloaded Visual Studio Express 2013, but I still get the error. Could these two be related?
I had similar issues.
To resolve the issue, I had to recreate a new project and for the option to use the Compass CSS Authoring Framework, I chose "No".
That resolved it for me.
