How do I add extensions (like in Google Chrome) in the new* browser Opera Neon? Any help would be appreciated.
*I am not asking about the simple Opera browser. Thanks!
While Opera Neon has lots of new features – and many of the Opera browser features you know and love – there are some key features we have not included, such as our native ad-blocker, VPN and the ability to add extensions.

I'm using firefox 74.0 and while I want to using Google Meet with Firefox (https://meet.google.com/) it is not supported. "Meet doesn't work on your browser." Anyone know how to fix it?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your browser? Some unnecessary extensions can cause issues and may need to be disabled. You can also try clearing out the browser’s cache by going to //settings/clearBrowserData.
Some extension like User Agent Switcher will not allow this.
I'm using the same version of firefox and it works for me.

I find it extremely annoying to see Amazon's "Amazon Assistant" banner when I visit the site. I love the service, I just tire of clicking "No, Thanks" every time I visit the site. I've searched for solutions online but haven't found anything useful.
Is it even possible to prevent Chrome extension popups from happing?
I posted this same question to SuperUsers and it turns out that this is an Opera-exclusive issue. I see this on both stable and developer versions of the browser, with and without plugins, so it's safe to say that the functionality is built-in.
Unfortunate and annoying.

acording to this link https://web.nvd.nist.gov/view/vuln/detail?vulnId=CVE-2014-0160 is SSL not secure any more?
additional link: http://heartbleed.com/
SSL as a protocol is still secure. That bug exists in OpenSSL, which is one implementation of SSL but not the only one.
As a parallel, imagine if a bug was found in Internet Explorer. You wouldn't as a result then say "web browsing is not secure any more" - there are plenty of other web browsers, and they haven't suddenly become insecure because Internet Explorer had a bug.

Noscript forbid JAVA but accept JS? is this possible at all with noscript? if so how?
I want to use javascript to be able to se some content but i never want to turn Java on for any site i visit. I interpret the gui as noscript misses this option
Im using firefox
Unlike JavaScript, Java is not a normal part of the browser. Just don't install any Java browser plugin, or remove it if it is there. It's not so cut-and-dried for every case, but http://nakedsecurity.sophos.com/2012/08/30/how-turn-off-java-browser/ (and many other sites, if you google for "disable java in browser") has more details. (The instructions are OS and browser specific, so it would be too much to replicate them here.)
