I've been trying to modify Grafana to suit one of my recent needs. Is there any possibility to restructure Panels in Grafana to look something like the image below?

It really does not have to look like the one above, but if there is at least a quick way to get something like the one below, I'd really be thankful:
Grafana Nested panels (two or more child panels inside a parent panel)
Even if it means that I have to tweak the SDK, a small sample of the process flow would be much appreciated.

Thats not really possible..
Grafana dashboards contains rows with panels. Panels can have a set width and height.

I need to add a slideshow to a a webpage. I am not even sure what code I need: jQuery, CSS, or HTML.

Am currently working on a uwp project which involves using a carousel that has some sort of grid of pictures that can be swiped by clicking some round navigation buttons. This is also similar to the carousel in Twitter bootstrap. To get a better picture of this, an example is shown below
Rather than different apps on display, different pictures from the user library would be shown. I would like to dynamically display the first 100 pictures from the user's library. I have searched the internet for something similar to this, but the closest I can get is http://blogs.u2u.be/diederik/post/2015/08/23/A-CoverFlow-control-for-the-Universal-Windows-Platform.aspx.
How can I achieve this?

Is it possible to put the same pager at the top and bottom (before and after content) of a summary list within Orchard? I've spent a while trying to do this with the placement file but with no success.
My only other alternative is to do something like jQuery clone..??

You might want to try this technique: http://weblogs.asp.net/bleroy/archive/2013/02/13/easy-content-templates-for-orchard-take-2.aspx, define your own zones that you target with placement, and then call display on the pagination zone twice.
I have developed an LWUIT app. I have two types of images dispayed in the app. One coming from server side that need to displayed (like a photo posted and saved to server side) and one packaged in my jar and displayed mainly as icons (like a music icon, loading animation gif etc). I need to display all images according to the sreen size and resolution. The first kind is displayed by taking the screen display height and width and then use scale method and show a scaled version of the image. But however I have no idea how to show the second kind. i.e. icons. Example, my loading image looks good in most of the phones but for some phones like samsung, it looks blurred and over-sized. How to do this. My basic idea is to keep 3 types of images of icons like icon_width_lowXheight_low.png, icon_width_mediumXheight_medium.png and image_width_highXheight_high.png and show it based on the screen size. Please let me know the bets way to achieve this?

You should use MultiImages which were added in LWUIT 1.5. I don't have a link for this in LWUIT but our work in Codename One is pretty close to this so check out the How Do I? on multi images (and I suggest migration to Codename One regardless).
I think that you will need to use this
Image i = Image.createImage("your image path here");
i = i.scaled(widthValue, heightValue);
And put this values in relation to the Display.getInstance().getDisplayHeight() and Display.getInstance().getDisplayWidth()

When designing and previewing a report in BIDS everything looks fine, but once rendered in a web browser the text boxes resize. I've tried a few things to stop this including using rectangles as place holders. Does anyone know of a workaround for this?

In my experience, SSRS is not a very good tool for precise rendering. I've had the issue describe in various forms before, and can only offer a few options:
Don't care. Design your report in a way that it doesn't matter how it's exactly rendered.
Focus on one renderer. Don't optimize for both the BIDS Preview and the HTML rendering, but only on the final one (probably HTML). Note that with HTML you do have to deal with cross-browswer issues.
Use tables for layout. I know, this is frowned upon in CSS land, and I personally don't like it either. But a matrix may be your best bet at approaching pixel-perfectness, and from your screenshot it even looks like you have tabular data so it's even possible to rationalize the choice.
Choose another renderer. Deliver your report in Excel instead of HTML. With Excel it should be easier to get to a nicely layouted table.
