Orchard CMS Developer's Guide

I have started looking in Orchard CMS a week ago. When it comes to doing anything on my Orchard website using the Admin dashboard, things look pretty promising. But when it comes to inducing a feature say create a Navigation menu and add a vertical sub menu to it,using the code, I just lose track. I am not able to find any kind of help regarding the technical(code level) features available with Orchard. I have gone through the PluralSight videos as well. But beyond that, nothing.
So, could anyone please provide any links or any samples they might have created so that I get some kind of guidance.
Thanks in Advance.

Using "Google Tag Manager" with "Google classic Sites"

I'm trying to use Google Tag Manager for a site created using Google classic Sites, but I haven't had any luck so far. This question seems to have been up on a few forums, but I was not able to find any definitive answer to this end.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
You've probably seen this page - Configure Google Analytics for Google Sites, but I don't believe there is a way to add custom javascript to a google sites page, at least not yet. You might be better off buying your own domain and hosting it somewhere if you want access to GTM.
You can now use the 'embed' option in google sites to add arbitrary html/css/javascript to the site. I added the tracking code created by google tag manager and embedded it in the footer of my google site.
Directions from Google

how to make my site look like in following image on search engines result

I was wondering if is it possible to make same thing by myself, or Search Engines does that by themselves?
I want to add some links like here:
Google does this on it's own and all you can do is to (then) remove some of the links through the Google Webmaster Tools.
They are commonly named Site Links and you can google for "How to get Site Links Google SERP" and so forth - there are thousands of tips for helping Google along.
A clear navigational structure and internal link structure help of course, and consistent anchor texts.
As far as I know, Google automagically pics those up - there is no direct way to set them.
Make sure you have a proper site map, and then wait I suppose.
Yes, google will generate that links for you.

How to Tell if Click Came from Google Search

I'd like to know if there is a way to detect whether the user has entered the website from an Organic Link from Google on certain key words?
What I am trying to do is provide additional information to appear to those who found my site via Google?
Thanks!
Use Google Analytics
Sign up for an account and just add a small snippet of Javascript to your site. It's really easy to set up and track links from google and even the exact search terms used!

If I keep another webiste's link to my website via comment or foroum based facility then Is it help my site any how?

Say If I keep more number of web links of other sites on my web site then is it going to help my website in any way?
No it will help the other sites as you will be basically providing backlinks to theirs. Unless they have links going back to your site then you won't see any benefit at your end.
Maybe you are not quite clear about in-bound link and out-bound link.
What you are talking about now is out-bound link, which, according Google's PR, is a vote to other site(The linked site), not yours.
What you need, though, is in-bound link. In plain English, links of your sites on other sites.
Be warned, only putting our links on other sites that share the same themes can be counted as valid links. On top of it, do not tempted into Black Hat SEO!
