Currently there's 2 domains www.mywebsite.com & www.mywebsite2.com each have their own dns server.
I want to point www.mywebsite.com to refer to dns server of www.mywebsite2.com.
How do I do that? I'm using cpanel hosting platform.
You would do this through your domain provider, such as GoDaddy, NameCheap, NetworkSolutions, etc. they would have a control panel/configuration management tool for your domain name that would allow you to make advanced DNS server changes like the one you are looking to do. All of them have detailed documentation and step-by-step instructions to perform this function.

I am little new to hosting and so I am confused for take step. My current situation is like below
I have one big wordpress site in site ground. Domain is from Godaddy and I am using CloudFlar. I want move this site on Google cloud Instance. So I have created Google cloud instance and have installed Cpanel/WHM. I have copied site on newly created cpanel account. Now My confusion is How I should change DNS for point my domain to Google cloud.

You need to update the IP address for your domain in the DNS records which are hosted either with godaddy or with cloudflare. If you are not sure, do a dig NS yourdomain.com See which dns server's are coming. and accordingly make the change.
A client of ours has the domain client.com
Our application is at superapp.mycompany.com
We want the client to be able to access our application via their own subdomain, like: superapp.client.com.
Normally we'd just tell the client to add a cname for superapp and point it to superapp.mycompany.com. Then on our server (IIS) we'd bind their domain to our app and everything would work as intended.
However, we can't replicate this functionality when our mycompany.com domain is managed via cloudflare.
When we navigate to superapp.client.com we get the following error page:

You've requested a page on a website (superapp.client.com) that is on the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain (superapp.client.com).
Is there any way that Cloudflare can be used in this fashion?, this seems like a pretty standard set up for a multi tenant application that supports custom domains.
We don't need all the protection that Cloudfront offers for these client domains, but we want to use the Cloudfront nameservers for out application (mainly for fast switching of DNS records in the event we migrate servers, etc).

I hope it's not too late. But just found a way to do so.
You just need to add your client's domain (Add site in Cloudflare) to your account.
You don't need to change client domain's NS. So in your Cloudflare panel this domain will showing as "Pending Nameserver Update".
Next step is add the CName record to this domain.
Although the NS of client domain is not changed to CF, but CF has a lookup record as CName for it.

Just in case someone arrived here with same issue as me. Here is the answer. For short, no that won't work.
Since Cloudflare is a reverse proxy for the domain that is on Cloudflare, the CNAME redirect for the domain (not on Cloudflare) wouldn't know where to send the traffic to.

If you don't need the CDN benefits, you can still use Cloudflare nameservers to manage your DNS zone and keep your current configuration. Just make sure the CDN is deactivated for the target subdomain in your zone (superapp.mycompany.com in your case).
You can tell if the CDN is activated or deactivated for a subdomain by looking at the cloud icon on the right of each DNS entry: if the cloud is orange the CDN is active, if it is gray, it isn't.
Cloudflare also supports external CNAME resolution in their CDN infrastructure, but it's only available for its Enterprise customers:

You can go through following steps to map your domain to your web hosting server.
1) Your web host must have provided you with the "New Account
Information" containing web hosting login information such as, FTP details, Nameservers, etc.
2) Grab the Nameservers and login to Namecheap control panel. Follow below tutorial and change the nameservers to those which are provided by your web host.

3) Once you change the nameservers, DNS propagation may take few hours and your website will start resolving your web host. You'll be able to browse your website with the domain name itself.
4) To run a WordPress website on temporary URL, earlier you might have done the changes in WordPress Address and Site Address variables. You'll have to correct these changes.
5) Replace these entries with your actual domain name and setup. You can refer following tutorial to change these variables.

i have bought a domain(adspace.lk) and hosting from the same service provider (lankahost.net). but now my domain has expired and my hosting account is still available with all my files.
now i have bought another domain (.com) at name.com .i want to connect my new domain name.com to the existing hosting account.

sort of, yes. Assuming that the machine you're hostin your files on has an ip address set aside for your exclusive use - that is, not "shared" hosting - you can simply create an A record with the new new, and that ip address. You must also change your webserver config - if you're using any web related stuff - such that the webserver can associate your web site files with the new name. Usually, a web host can have multiple names at the same time, so you could simply add a new name to the existing configuration.
It's hard to answer without knowing the details of your domain and hosting settings, but I'll try to give a generic but hopefully useful answer.
You should first get the ip(s) of your hosting. Then point the new domain to that ip(s) using the dns panel provided by the registrar. If you use your own dns (unlikely), set the ip there.
After this, you should configure some rules on your hosting. It's likely that you have to set some sort of virtualhost settings. In particular, you should associate the new domain name to the hosting: probably the hosting service provides you a control panel for this task.
It will be done easily from your domain control panel, just update your dns settings for your new domain name.com. Update your nameservers or A record to point the hosting account. So that it will be linked with your existing hosting account files.
I have been attempting to set up magento on a shared hosting server that doesn't support innoDB, ergo its not been possible. The domain I want to use has also been registered with this rubbish hosting provider. (one[dot]com for anyones reference). So I thought I would be able to point this domain to a different hosting provider that DOES support it, but one[dot]com doesnt allow me to change nameservers for the domain. They just said this:
You can only setup IP address, CNAME and web forwarding in our DNS settings but not change of nameservers
Would there be any way to change any of these settings or the .htaccess file so that, for example
http://www.mydomain.com/folder/page.php?query=string
Would display a page from the other server
http://xxx.xxx.xxx:xx/folder/page.php?query=string
I've created loads of sits doing all sorts but never really needed to other with the domain administration side of things.
You don't need to change name servers to map a domain to a different server. If the "good" provider supports it (i.e. allows you to register a domain on the server that isn't hosted by the company), just switch the A and MX records to the new server's IP address.
You do need the cooperation of the "good" provider for this, though.
If they're letting you set up the IP address, then setting the IP address of www.mydomain.com to xxx.xxx.xxx.xx should do the trick. On the other server, you'll need its webserver to be set up to serve www.mydomain.com as a virtual domain - if you're using a hosting provider they should do this for you; if not it should be fairly easy to set up (consult the manual of whichever web server software you're using).
