Unable to create a bot service in Azure - azure

Whenever I try to create a bot service in azure I get an error
"An internal error occurred at the server."
This error occurs when I create a new "Microsoft App ID".
Then I enter the password for App and chose "C#" and then tried with various templates like "Basic", "Form" etc..

I got the solution for this, I think it was server side Issue, It's now fixed.
and here is a detailed explanation if anybody else faces the same problem.

Azure Application Insight Work items authorization error

My purpose is to create bug in Azure DevOps directly from Azure Application Insight, I am doing to attach the work item (bug) feature available in Azure Application Insight but on clicking Authorize button it give me following error
Authorization token provided through OAuth does not have access to read/write work items for requested uri/project collection/project

Updates:
I didnt understand what you meant by private browser, and I have full admin access over Azure Portal.
basically I have the https://dev.azure.com/HealthTechnologies/ReportItNow link in which
https://dev.azure.com is the devop url
HealthTechnologies is the organization
ReportItNow is the Project
so in Azure insight workitem section, URL I am putting https://dev.azure.com/HealthTechnologies/ and in project I am putting ReportItNow, I dont know what i am doing wrong.
Still waiting for this glitch to solve.
Oky let me make it more simple, if I want to automatically create bug in Azure DevOps when ever any new exception came in to the Azure
Application Insight How I can get this into real practical.
I solve this when I took a detailed look at the error message url. It's saying that the missing authorization is for https://uri/Project Collection/Project. Based on that, I changed my url from https://dev.azure.com/organization to https://dev.azure.com/ and it worked,

Azure, Microsoft Bot Framework error: Application with identifier **** was not found

Just happened with my skype bot: nlsql
Nothing was committed or changed, in one moment I got an error:
Application with identifier **** was not found in the directory botframework.com\r\nTrace ID
Probably some new Azure changes for bot framework? new link for connect?
No errors on Microsoft Azure.
now it is fine! Seems to be a temporary problem with https://apps.dev.microsoft.com/#/appList
error from Microsoft side here was:
One or more objects referenced by the access token were not found. Request ID: ff69e3aa-6126-48bd-a118-784eb0d2dae7, Timestamp: 04/06/2018 10:12:08
My issue was that I was re-using an Azure App that was set for a single tenant. So I changed it to Multitenant and it worked.

ajaxExtended call Failed error in azuure bot services

I have encountered "ajaxExtended call failed" error when tried to create a bot using the Azure services. I don't have any SDK bot that I can migrate.
Provided the screenshot below.

I had the same issue when I was trying to build a Web App Bot with the same name as one I'd recently deleted. I changed the name and it worked.
Ensure that you have the permission .. in our case super admin was able to do it.

Issue in creating bot service in Azure- Error while creating microsoft App id and password

I am trying to create a bot service using Free Trail Subscription in Azure Portal. While clicking on create Microsoft Appid and Password button, it directs to a page. Instead of showing me up with name and id in Generate App ID and password page,I get the below error as
"There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later"
Could anyone help me out to resolve this error. Also can you confirm if this is due to when a service is down or issue with the browser.
Thanks
I got the issue rectified by creating a separate Microsoft account id and by logging in using that I was able to generate appid and password successfully.

What does botframework "Login failed due to MSA collision" mean? And how to fix?

Today Microsoft announced their botframework during the Build2016 presentation. I would like to register a bot via https://dev.botframework.com/ but when attempting to log in using my existing Microsoft credentials I receive the following error "Login failed due to MSA collision." What does this error mean? And how can I get logged into Microsoft's botframework.com so that I can register a bot?
botframework
Check that you have a first and last name set on your MSA account. This may be causing the issue.
Pretty sure you can change it at https://profile.live.com; it says Edit in the top left corner.
