IMG: Tuleap Admin Tab Missing
i am having problem in accessing the admin tab, can any one tell me how to resolve this problem , it all happened when my colleague has created new project and made some changes in the permission setting, now i couldn't find the admin tab in tuleap admin panel. Please help me. thanks in advance.
If your project admin permissions have been removed then I think you will need to get another project admin or the Tuleap site admin to grant you admin rights again.
I don't think you will be able to do it yourself as it wouldn't be very secure.
I hope this helps

I have created the list workflow and just printing the history log to print a test message. I am trying to publish the workflow using my account but it always returning me below warning error message.
You do not have permission to do this operation. Ask your site
administrator to change your permissions and then try again, or log on
with a user account that has this permission. To log on with a
different user account click OK.
I did below workaround but did not get work:
Checked the site permissions for my account, all permissions are working correctly. I have full control, design and contribute access.
Checked the permissions for SharePoint designer, this is working fine. I am Primary administrator from central admin.
Checked the application pool. This is working fine.
Reset the IIS.
Also restarted the server as well once.
Can any one please advise what is the exact issue here?
You could try to install the latest update for SharePoint Designer. Check if it works for you.
1.Install SPD SP1:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2817441/description-of-microsoft-sharepoint-designer-2013-service-pack-1-sp1
2.Then install the latest update: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3114721/august-2-2016-update-for-sharepoint-designer-2013-kb3114721
I run gitlab and activated mattermost. I created a new project and set up a mattermoast team.
Now I want to add all other users. But my user is no admin in mattermost. how can I solve that?
Thanks in advance.
According to this link, the first user in the system has the system_admin role.
Find the first user that is created on your Mattermost server and use it as an admin account.
I have recently installed Reporting Services 2016 on a server.
When I try to add a user it only allows me to assign 2 roles to the user. System Administrator and System User.
I should be able to add them to Browser, Content Manager and Publisher.
Does anyone know where I can find these roles to add users to?
Thanks
I have found the problem and I was looking in the site settings. To fix this I changed the security in folder settings.
While permissioning the pages created in Guest site, I disable the view permission for Guest role and then log out.
Now when I try to login, I can see error message displaying permission error.
I know one of the possible way to resolve it would be firing some database query and enabling view permission for Guest role so that I can atleast log in.
However Is there any other way to resolve this ?
Also It would be nice If anyone provides the database query for this.
Thanks in advance.
One approach I found is to use Auto login functionality of liferay.
Following are the steps:
1) Add following property in portal-ext.properties
auto.login.hooks=com.liferay.portal.security.auth.CASAutoLogin,com.liferay.portal.security.auth.FacebookAutoLogin,com.liferay.portal.security.auth.NtlmAutoLogin,com.liferay.portal.security.auth.OpenIdAutoLogin,com.liferay.portal.security.auth.OpenSSOAutoLogin,com.liferay.portal.security.auth.RememberMeAutoLogin,com.liferay.portal.security.auth.SiteMinderAutoLogin,com.liferay.portal.security.auth.ParameterAutoLogin
2) Now start the server and go to
LIFERAY_IP:LIFERAY_PORT?parameterAutoLoginLogin=ADMIN_USERNAME¶meterAutoLoginPassword=ADMIN_PASSWORD
i.e in my case
localhost:8080?parameterAutoLoginLogin=test#liferay.com¶meterAutoLoginPassword=test
3)You will now be able to log in to portal and then go to control panel with /group/control_panel and modify the permission of page.
I am facing a weird authentication issue for an intranet sharepoint 2010 site.
When a user from site owner group tries to access the site by this URL,
http://machine name:1111/ a windows credential pops up, even if user provides correct login details, he is not able to log in. But when user tries to access this URL, http://machine name:1111/SitePages/Home.aspx he is able to login successfully.
The site uses classic authentication mode.
Please let me know, what could be the reason for such strange behaviour.

Naimish
Got it resolved now.
The physical directory should have 'Read' rights for Everyone. In my case, the folder 1111 has this rights removed. I have given the said rights and its working fine now.
