Update an Android app That Is Not In Google Play - android-studio

Hello i want to insert an "service" in my android project that allows users to update the app evry time that i relase a new update(sorry if i can't explain well but english its not my language and i have some limit using it) basic i just want a way that users can update my app evry time that i relase a new one directlly from my app.I have searched on google but no sucsess and i have not tryed anything.
I Have Read This Post But I Don't Understand It Because I'am a beginner In Android Developing This Post

If you're still having this problem, just use Google in-app updates. It's very easy and straightforward; no need for a service.

Android studio library

My team and I just developed a web base system. Next, we are planning to build an android mobile app version of the system. But none of us have experience of creating a mobile app. I did some reading from google, I saw many posting about kotlin, volley, retrofit etc.
One thing I still don't understand, can someone tell me how kotlin, groovy are different with retrofit and volley?
Is it just like web base development where one is for front end development and another one is for backend?
My app would need to constantly fetch and submit data to phpmyadmin (which I put in my VPS hosting).
Can someone give me a suggestion which library is the best for me to use to create my mobile app?
Thank you in advance!

Best chatting framework for a flutter-node.js pair?

I am working on a flutter app with a node.js backend. I need to implement a real time chat service and also intend to store the chat data in mongodb database. The number of options I have considered are :
Websockets
Long polling
Third party services like pusher or pubnub(Both does n't have sdk for flutter
so any advice would be appreciated)
Firebase (Easy to implement with flutter but I am confused how should I store data on mongodb then ? Api rquest for every message ?)
I need a quick solution for the initial phase of the application but also need to think whether I can extend it later(With increase in users)
Thanks in Advance
Ankit, we're working on a flutter SDK at Ably, however it's not ready for prime time. Get in touch with the team if you're serious about this requirement as it's possible this work can be accelerated forwards.
Otherwise, check the list of Ably Realtime SDKs in a few months as you may find we have a Flutter SDK by then.
Good luck with your service.

actions on google demo code is not working on my android phone

I followed https://developers.google.com/actions/dialogflow/first-app tutorial and built my first google action. The action is working fine on my laptop browser in the test (Followed "Preview the App" section of the tutorial) environment. However, when I am trying to use this action on my phone by saying "OK Google talk to my first app". It's not working. Is it supposed to work on my phone as well? I have logged in with the same Gmail account on my phone also.
PS - I have posted the same question on "actions on google" google plus community google as well but I am not sure if that community is to post such questions or not. Therefore, I am posting it here also.
Thanks in advance!
Once you have enabled testing through the simulator, it should be available on all devices (mobile, speakers like Google Home, etc) with the same account your simulator is running in. Double check to make sure they're the same account.
In your case, however, you may be using the wrong invocation phrase. If you actually said what you did above, you need to say the exact same thing that you typed to invoke it.
If you haven't set a name in the configuration, then that phrase will be
Talk to my test app
Update
As you note in the comments - you also need to make sure you're running the Google Assistant, and not one of the other voice search components. The Google Assistant requires:
Android 6.0 or higher
Google app 6.13 or higher
Google Play services
1.5 GB of memory
720p screen resolution
Phone set to a supported language
As you probably already know you have to enable Web & App Activity, Device Information, Voice & Audio Activity in the Activity controls page.
Then you also have to be sure that the language of your agent is the same used by your google assistant.
I solved thanks this last step.
Hope this helps

Take panoramic photos in Android

I want to make an Android application that allows the user to take panoramic pictures... I have been searching for several hours for some library or some sample code or tutorial but I didn't find anything very interesting. Some applications like "Cardboard camera" or the standard Android camera can do this! Is there a way to call these application functions? Or some API? It still would be good if the app I want to make just would use an external app to take the photo. Please help me, thank you :)

how to write own logic without using qnamaker

I am still trying to understand Chatbots. Currently i have already made chatbot which is integrated in skype. I have Sharepoint online where user search for FAQ. If they dont find then they ask BOT which sends request to LUIS and Qnamaker.
Qnamaker then sends response back by looking it into its database. I upload FAQ from sharepoint to Qnamaker using sharepoint workflows. But i want to write my own logic and get rid of Qnamaker.
What are ways to do it? Any good tutorials? I also wanted to know how the flow happens. For example if we dont use Qnamaker then we fire queries in sharepoint based on what user asked? I dont understand how i can fire queries in sharepoint if user makes typo then we will not get anything from sharepoint. So any tips on how to implement this without using qnamaker is highly appreciated?
The FAQ bot generator is a subset of the main Microsoft bot framework. You should do some research on the Microsoft Bot Framework. The link above takes you right to the documentation overview of the bot framework and from there you can get into developing one. They have links to a few sample projects as well as a large number of code snippets within some of the article explanations. It has a full setup guide that will walk you through the initial setup so it should be easy to get a basic echo bot running, but if you are not a programmer you should stick to the FAQ generator.
I suggest you use either node.js or c# to develop the bot since these are directly supported by the framework. I am personally using c# to build my bot from the ground up. The purpose of mine is to be used within a customer facing android/ios app that will help with questions, checking the status of different things, and even paying bills.
Just remember you will need to manually set up your cloud hosting. I host mine in azure alongside a web interface I built for it (you can build the website inside your bot if you are using c#, just replace the default.htm file in the web.config with the main page of the interface).
