I'm trying to use the Atom's package 'node-debugger' (here), but I can't find a way to add a breakpoint to a file. I tried using F9 being at the line but it does nothing. Any idea?
I'm on Mac El Capitan and node 0.10.40
You can use atom-bugs, I created it since I was looking for a better debugger for my favorite editor atom :) by the way node-debugger is a great tool but it does not satisfy my needs atom-bugs is more user friendly.
atom-bugs
I just use the debugger statement.
debugger;;
Adding an extra ";" seem to help in some circumstances. :-)

NOTE: I just started to use awesome not very long ago, and don't really know the lua programming language.
I cloned HikariKnight's awesome theme and started to customize the hotkeys. I have a logitech keyboard that has some launcher keys that will open you default apps (on windows that is). I wanted to make them open the default apps here, so I edited the config. Now the help menu has the name of some of the keys repeated over and over for no apparent reason.
If anyone could help me fix this that would be awesome.
Possible Solution(?)
I might be able to use the new function to use the hide_without_description option. This wouldn't be ideal though as it would just remove the hotkey from the help menu.
I found the documentation for it here, but don't know how to use the new function.

To quote PlatformKnuckles:
I think I see the problem. Check the line in the keybindings file:
for i = 1, 9 do
You're starting the keybindings in a loop multiple times.
(I didn't look at your rc.lua at all. I just assume the answer above is correct.)
Can we enable spell checker for markdown cells in google colab in any way? Please help.
I'm not aware of any way of doing so directly within Google Colaboratory, however a usable workaround might be to install a third party spell-checking browser plug-in such as Grammarly or another similar plug-in that works with your preferred browser, I know this probably wasn't the answer you where looking for, but I'm not aware of any better solutions, I truly apologize! But I hope this was at least somewhat helpful!
Sorry I can't be of more help!
If you're comfortable with PyCharm, you can open your ipynb files in it, and it will highlight any spelling errors.
PyCharm professional edition was used to test this.
I was trying to find a decent ide for python3, and atom sounded a good choice, but the atom runner is not very interactive. For example this simple code produces an error, I'm pasting a screenshot, to show the problem as it is:
Can I configure atom to execute code interactively. The way I noticed the problem was that atom runner first executes all of the code and then ONLY displays the output. Is there a fix or any packages for this?
If not, please suggest a descent and simple to use IDE for python. If there was something like the online repl.it but for offline use, it would really fit my taste.
For atom there is a package called The Terminal Plus Package: https://atom.io/packages/terminal-plus, this will open a virtual terminal that will have a the capabilities of a normal terminal. Hope I helped!

I just installed VimPlug and several golang imported tools and plugins. I'm not sure where the first place to look at in order to disable this installation of oracle since it's been replaced with guru.
$ vim
Installing golang.org/x/tools/cmd/oracle
Error installing golang.org/x/tools/cmd/oracle:

Vim-Go - all in one Go plugin for Vim. The best plugin I ever saw. Thanks to Fatih Arslan (btw he made a lot of excellent tools for Go).
I have prepared web testing script on Mac OSX with watir-webdriver. It was running fine with Firefox. However, then I ran the script on Windows with Firefox and the text entry is slow, like typing each word individually. I have read couple of threads in regards to this problem, but never came to the solution. Maybe someone could shed some light on this.
Please also kindly note that I use browser.element(:xpath).set "text" to locate the elements to set the text.
Thank you very much in advance.
The issue has been resolved using Clipboard gem. Instead of using .set or .value methods, I started using Clipboard copy / paste, which worked perfectly. I still do not consider this as best solution, but it can get the job done.
