How do I enable Open In Browser?

I think WebStorm can open a browser but I can not see how to do it. I do not see any browser icon in the toolbar:
I also do not see Open in Browser on my View menu:
What do I have to do for these buttons to show?
Make sure you have configured at least one Deployment configuration (File | Settings | Deployment --- "Local" should do just fine) and marked it as default for this project.
Once properly configured you can right click on file in PhpStorm (Project View panel or Editor itself) and choose "Open in Browser ..." (the same via View | Open in Browser ...).
If you have configured browsers in PhpStorm (File | Settings | Web Browsers) then you can also use "View | Web Preview ..." (or hold the mouse still for a second and choose appropriate browser icon in small semi-transparent popup/hint box in right top corner of the Editor window.

How do I get a menu on the left hand side of my SharePoint page?

I have created a SharePoint site using Office 365 and I am trying to get the menu to show down the left hand side as currently it is along the top of the page. The site layout is set to Seattle but the menu does not show. Some of the articles I've read talk about clicking on Navigation link in site settings but I cannot see this link. Not sure if there is something I need to enable.
How can I get this to show?

Left Hand Side of Page
Thanks
You could enable publishing feature, you'll see the setting.

external content type but connect to outlook is disabled

We are unabel to enable the "Connect to outlook" ribbon button for our external list.
The external list is based on a external content type which uses a simple Web service.
The browser based UI works just great as expected but we are unable to get the "Connect to Outlook" ribbon button to becoem enabled.
We have installed all the necessary client side installs, and the connect to outlook button works fine for regualr lists.
We have mapped it to a outlook type "Contact" within SharePoint designer and mapped the single requried field of "LastName".
Unfortunately it still will not enable, has anyone had this problem or no a fix please?
If you are using a newer version of IE, it most likely won't display. Go to the browsers "gear" in the top right hand corner, click and select "Compatibility View Settings" - click add and then close and refresh, that should do the trick.

How can I remove delta-homes.com from browsers?

whenever I open my browsers, delta-homes.com tab is added to the browser. I try to remove delta-homes.com in all of my browsers(IE,FF,chrome,Opera) by registry in run > regedit, about:config in firefox, changing home page and search engine defaults and reset Internet Explorer(and reinstall it from "Turn Windows features on or off")....! but it isn't removed. What should I do?
Maybe you should try AdwCleaner to clean up your system...
For IE. Goto -> Tools tab -> manage Add-onns -> serach provider. In right side find delta home and right click and select remove.
For crome goto settings->manage serch engine -> select delta home and remove it with click on cross sign from right side. and click Done. now Gone delta home.
or you can remove it with this tools Adware remover Tool .
