Android Studio is not fitting the screen - android-studio

I updated all the drivers of my PC. Tried all the resolutions, but still the problem exists. I am not able to access the buttons bellow. Please help.
Here is the screen shot, trying to create new project.

This is a bug that has plagued Android Studio users for months now running on lower resolutions, such as 1366 x 768. The window in question cannot be resized.
To progress to the next screen, simply press Enter.
Edit:
I can say from experience this bug exists in version 1.3, however I can't confirm if it exists in 1.4.

Is there a way to keep quick documentation on one screen in newest version of Android Studio?

My setup is a main display set above my laptop screen. I've recently upgraded to the newest version of Android Studio Dolphin 2021.3.1 on Windows 11 after a couple months away and now the quick docs bleed down into my laptop screen:
I've downgraded again to Chipmunk 2021.2.1 to confirm that the quick docs used to stay on the main display:
As both my main and my laptop display are the same resolution, but different sizes, it offsets and shrinks half of the quick docs window, not to mention separates it with a taskbar and two bezels, which makes them unreadable most of the time. I'd much prefer the old way.
Am I missing some setting or is this a bug (or intended feature)?
I've browsed and searched through the settings, but found no way to revert the way the quick docs are displayed. I've done a google search and found noone experiencing the same issue.
EDIT: After tinkering a bit I found that clicking on code and pressing the ctrl+Q shortcut makes the quick docs draw on main display as expected. Only on hovering over code does the above problem appear. I've reported it as a bug

3D Studio Max 9 - Not opening (freezes at the welcome screen)

I have a legit license of 3D Studio Max 9, I tried to install it in Windows 10.
Now, when launching it, it freezes at the welcome screen, and doesn't display some UI elements.
I already had this issue before, and I solved it by installing DirectX 9, but now they're installed and the problem came back.
Should I reinstall DX9? If so, how to remove them before?
And if not, what could I do?
Thanks in advance for any help, I'm attaching a screenshot.

P.S.: I forgot to mention, I can't move any 3dsm window, and I can stop it from task manager only.

Android Studio emulator rotates weird

I've just begun (today) learning how to code for Android. I have my first basic app up and running, but when I rotate the emulator, it goes into this really weird view. I don't know how to explain it, so I'll just attach a screenshot:
As you can see, half of the screen is rotated one direction, and half of the screen is rotated another direction. Only one side of the screen can be interacted with -- the other side is "dead" and doesn't respond to anything.
Looks like it's a bug with Android Studio 4.1 + Big Sur:
https://developer.android.com/studio/known-issues
The suggested fixes both work (copying here for posterity):
Go to the Apple Menu, select System Preferences > General. In the
Prefer tabs when opening documents option, select "never". Then
restart Android Studio.
Upgrade to Android Studio 4.2, currently available in the Beta channel.

How to resize the emulator in android studio 3.5

pic 1I am struggling to resize the emulator as it is huge.
I have tried most of the tips that are on stackoverflow but without success. The posts are fixing old android studio versions.
When i am reducing size by pressing CTRL+UP the emulator is reducing is size but the phone screen is not fitting into the phone. See image please
Your help will be highly appreciated as I need android studio for my assignment.pic 2
I use hot keys Ctrl + Arrow Up to make emulator larger, Ctrl + Arrow Down to make emulator less.
Just put the mouse cursor on one of the emulator corners until the resize arrow appear and then drag it in one of the directions, the size will change(like a normal window).
I just tested it and it works perfectly...
At the end I managed to fix the emulator. I have uninstalled packet tracer. Do not know what was happening, but this cisco app was affecting android studio (emulator).
I had had the same problem which I solved by uninstalling Cisco packet tracer, and by the way I had two versions of the tracer, one was 7.3.1 (this is the one I unistalled) and the other is 8.0 (and this is the one I kept), hope my answer helps someone.

How to fix Android Studio font issues in IDE menu and labels?

I have just installed new Android Studio. But when I open Android Studio, it shows weird kind of characters. Text and Labels in Menu bar are scrambled / appears to be some kind of garbage characters. Can anybody help me solving this problem? TIK
P.S I am using Windows 10
I'm running Win10 and haven't got the nightmare you are into. My sympathies. Try this and see if it works.
Navigate to your user data folder. My user name is "Joe", so my folder is c:\Users\joe\AndroidStudio1.3\config\options . See screen shot #1 below.
Open ui.inf.xml in NotePad ( I use notepad++ here ).
Change FONT_FACE to "Consolas" - see screen shot #2 below.
Let me know if this works!

I found out the cause of the issue for the same issue happened in my system. It was caused by the windows font which was somehow not supported by Android studio. I changed the windows font to a standard font e.g. Verdana to fix the issue.
