I followed this tutorial on installing SonarQube on my Ubuntu x64 Server http://stuff.stevenreid.uk/2015/03/12/install-sonarqube-5-0-1-on-ubuntu-14-04-x64/. However, when starting up sonarqube (linux-x86-64), it gets shutdown before completing to start. This is the sonar.log file:

I already have the debug logging mode enabled, but I am unable to find out the error and fix it. Any help is appreciated.
I am using JDK 1.8.0.45 and the latest sonar qube version 5.1.2.
I was able to fix this by changing the jvm the wrapper uses. I was previously using JDK 1.8.0_45. I changed it to JDK 1.7.0_51. So I edited my /conf/wrapper.conf.
wrapper.java.command=/usr/lib/jvm/jdk1.7.0_51/bin/java

I am currently trying to learn rust embedded thanks to 3 stm32 based developpement board :
I have no issue with the first two ones but I can not make work the F411RE with gdb & openocd. Everytime I try to flash (the same program that works fine with the two others) I receive this :

As you can see my board is detected but as soon as I try to connect to GDB, the board is not recognized.
Just so that you can check memory parameter :
`
FLASH : ORIGIN = 0x08000000, LENGTH = 512K
RAM : ORIGIN = 0x20000000, LENGTH = 128K
`
I don't really know what to do knowing that it works very well on an other nucleo with an ARM cortex M3 and also with an other board but this time with an ARM cortex M4F.
Thank you for your help
I have virtual machine which has passthrough infiniband nic. I am testing inifinband functionality using hello world program. I am new in this world so may need help to understand following error

UPDATE
After suggested by #Gilles Gouaillardet in comment i have compiled ompi with ucx and now i am seeing following output during hello_world prog

PMIx was unable to find a usable compression library
on the system. We will therefore be unable to compress
large data streams. This may result in longer-than-normal
startup times and larger memory footprints. We will
continue, but strongly recommend installing zlib or
a comparable compression library for better user experience.
You can suppress this warning by adding "pcompress_base_silence_warning=1"
to your PMIx MCA default parameter file, or by adding
"PMIX_MCA_pcompress_base_silence_warning=1" to your environment.

Now to test my infiniband network i created similar another vm ib-2 with inifinband nic to see hello_world using RDMA for communication.
/home/spatel/ompi/bin/mpirun --host ib-1,ib-2 -np 2 ./hello_world_ucx --mca opal_common_ucx_opal_mem_hooks 1
Same time i run tcpdump on ibs5 interface which is my Infiniband nic but i see no activity and notice MPI messages still using traditional nic eth0 for communication. how do i make sure it use only infiniband for MPI (i don't have any IP configure on ib nic)
In my device I enabled software watchdog to monitor a file which is updated every 5 second by a application. I have configured software watchdog as below
file = /data/file_name_to_watch
change = 10
Watchdog is getting started at bootup using below command during bootup:
/usr/sbin/watchdog.sh -f -v -c watchdog.conf
Application which is responsible to update the file(file_name_to_watch) is started after watchdog deamon during bootup. File being monitored by watchdog is updated every 5 seconds by the application.
Problem is that watchdog is rebooting the system if it is started at bootup and this same problem doesn't exist when watchdog is not started at bootup but started manually after application is launched.
dmesg shows "Watchdog did not stop"
Also, changing the watchdog configuration file to below didn't help.
file = /data/file_name_to_watch
change = 20
I have checked that the file is getting updated before 10 seconds elapsed after watchdog is launched during bootup.
Any pointers to debug this problem will be appreciated.
Code which I am using for watchdog: https://layers.openembedded.org/layerindex/recipe/122/
Debugged and found the problem to be time(NULL) returning a huge number in src/file_stat.c
This was happening due to date being not set very early during bootup.
While trying to start my hybrisserver in debug mode I got the following error messages and hybrisserver stopped. I tried but not able to solve. Any help please.

#thijsraets is correct. Either you have to check where is the port (8000) has been occupied or you can override the default value to something else in local.properties file.
tomcat.debugjavaoptions=-Xdebug -Xnoagent -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,address=8001,suspend=n
Run "ant all". This will configure debug for port 8001.
OR
You can change the JVM parameters in wrapper-debug.conf file...
wrapper.java.additional.23=-Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,address=8001,suspend=n
People who encounter this problem seem to already have something else bound to the debug port, try changing the port in: tomcat.debugjavaoptions
The same thing happened to me and tried to kill the server and restarted it safely. I followed these steps:
ps aux | grep java . this will help me to find the PID , Process ID
kill -9 PID
If you want to kill all the tomcat processes you can do
pkill -9 -f tomcat
this will restart the server safely.
I deleted the directory felix-cache. When I started again the Felix framework I get this error:
ERROR: transport error 202: bind failed: Address already in use
ERROR: JDWP Transport dt_socket failed to initialize, TRANSPORT_INIT(510)
JDWP exit error AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_INIT(197): No transports initialized [debugInit.c:750]
FATAL ERROR in native method: JDWP No transports initialized, jvmtiError=AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_INIT(197)
Any idea how I can fix this?
Another process is still running using the specific port. Check remaining processes using ps -ef | grep java and kill it.
You seem to be launching the JVM in remote debugging mode, but there is another JVM running that is also in remote debug mode using the same port number. You cannot share the port number between multiple processes. If you need to debug two Java programs simultaneously then you will have to configure them to use different ports.
