jmonkeyengine platform does not start/launch - java-me

I need help on this please..
I have installed JME sdk 3 in windows 7 professional 32 bit system
I have jdk also already installed.
When i try to start JME platform using the icon in start menu or the the jmonkeyplatform.exe file in program files/jmonkeyplatform/bin , it lauches the startup logo. It says reading, loading modules, turning on modules and then starting modules. But after that it suddenly disaperars. Nothing happens , no error msg.
I have nvidia graphics card in my system
What do I have to do? Please help. I also uninstalled and re-installed. Is it the problem with version of jme? Or some problem with with my graphics card setting?
Please guide..
Thanks in advance.

Finally its working now.
I uninstalled the jmonkey platform and downloaded another version from here
http://jmonkeyengine.org/downloads/ --->jMonkeyEngine 3 SDK – Windows (32-bit)
I installed it and it worked.
May be the earlier JME 3 was not suitable for my system.
Thanks anyway..

J2ME-based platform won't work on Netbeans 8 under macOS but works just fine on Windows

I am trying very hard to install this 3rd-party J2ME platform on Netbeans 8.2 on my Mac (running macOS Sierra), but it simply won't work. I have installed all the J2ME plug-ins on my Mac Netbeans app, and have tried to add this 3rd-party J2ME platform to Netbeans, but it does not recognize the folder I am selecting as a platform.
I was able to install the very same 3rd-party platform on Netbeans under a Windows 10 VM, but obviously it is a VM (Parallels) so it's really slow and sluggish, and just overall a worse experience than on native macOS.
Does anyone know how to properly install a 3rd-party platform to Netbeans on a Mac ? It would help me tremendously if I could work with this library under native macOS and not a VM.
The platform I am trying to install is the Java ETK for eWON products
Thanks
EDIT 1 I was told the emulator is an .exe file which explains the whole thing...
Turns out the emulator is an .exe file. That would explain a thing or two...

Unity 3d installing Standard assets for Linux/Ubuntu

I have installed Unity 3d on my Linux system.I have downloaded the Window version of the standard assets (.exe) since there is no option for installation in Linux, I tried installing the Standard assets(.exe) through wine... but im getting an error that unity requires windows 7 or more... But since this is Linux i cant help it.Is there any other way?
You can't expect .exe program to work on Linux out of the Box without the help of visual machine or some other software such as Wine. You don't even need the exe program to install the Standard Assets. You can get it directly from the Asset store from your Linux.
It's recommended that you use other OS at this time because the Linux version of Unity is still in experimental mode and you may have problems with it in the future.
You just download unity using the following link,
Unity 5.1 for Linux
It will contains standard asset also. Don't forget to select standard assets while installing.

Using Ubuntu to install Cardboard SDK for VR applications

I am trying to install Cardboard SDK on Ubuntu 14.04 and it say it needs "Unity", but the download of "Unity" seems to be only for Windows and Mac. Anyone has tried this on Ubuntu?
Unity3d has already released a beta Linux version.
It is not perfect, but stable enough. If you want to develop a cardboard app on Ubuntu, you need it.
Are you, somewhat understandably, confusing "Ubunutu's Unity" with the Unity - Game Engine?
You should take a look at Programming for Google Cardboard (starting from nothing). To quote:
I assume I have to start fresh, so I went to the generic Google
Developer website. I want to program on my Ubuntu 14.04 machine,
hopefully that won't be a hurdle but it probably will be.
The developer appears to manage to get it running though.
yes there is a beta version of unity which works for ubuntu.
has a quite of bugs, but can manage.

follow the above link and you are done installing.
after installing try not to work offline as it crashes.

REDHAWK IDE sandbox not appearing in SCA Explorer

I am using version 1.9.0 of the REDHAWK IDE on CentOS 6.5 and ran software updates today, made up of OpenJDK updates.
Before the updates, I was able to see the sandbox and chalkboard in the IDE. When I opened the IDE a little while after the updates, the sandbox was gone.
I tried installing Java SE JRE version 1.8.0_05 and restarting REDHAWK IDE without success.
I then tried a fresh IDE installation, which successfully showed the sandbox for two different times starting the IDE. Although, after being closed for an hour or so, the sandbox went missing again.
Does this sound like a java issue? If not, is the IDE breaking itself in some way?
Note that during the time of REDHAWK inactivity I was only using a word processor and a web browser.
Edit: Prior to the updates I had installed the newest GNU HAWK components and was able to load various GNU HAWK components onto the chalkboard with the sandbox still showing up.
I had the same issue, and ended up fixing it by commenting out the following line in the eclipse.ini file:
#-Dorg.omg.CORBA.ORBClass=org.jacorb.orb.ORB
For other people looking at this, I went through the basic example in the Getting Started and the plot window would flash and go away. It is related to that line in the accepted answer.

LWUIT 1.5 for Mac OS Development

I want to make mobile application using Netbeans 7.0 on Mac OS, I'm using LWUIT 1.5 but the application is not working although it is working in another Windows computer but using
Wireless Toolkit 2.5.2, but now when I used Wireless Toolkit 3.0 for Netbeans 1.5 it does not work and I have the following error
* Error * A problem occured during deploying application from http://127.0.0.1:52182/HelloLWUIT.jad Reason: Installing suite from:

can anyone please tell me how to install Wireless Toolkit 2.5.2 on Mac OS
Thanks in Advance
Did you try to use CodenameOne? http://www.codenameone.com/
take a look on that, is compatible with LWUIT solutions.
I have discovered that if I create the project on Mac so I can't compile it or run it on windows, I just take the code and create new project in windows and the problem solved
