Test controller setup with VisualStudioOnline - coded-ui-tests

I'm unable to configure a test controller with a visualStudioOnline server. Normally, when logging into VSO you are prompted with a login screen. When adding the server in the test controller configuration, this login screen is displayed but immediately closed and adding the VSO server fails. Any Ideas?
Update: It works just fine if the user name to "Logon account for test controller service" is the same user that has premissions to install a controller on VSO. Unfortunately "Use different credentials to connect to Team Foundation Server" does not work and is greyed out if the accounts are not the same.

I ended up installing visual studio (same year version), added the server via VS and was able to complete the signin prompt in VS. When adding the controllor, the servers popped up with no prompt, allowing me to select the servers.

F30063: You are not authorized to access issue in Azure Dev

I have an Windows agent in my server. When i run it as Administrator manually its connecting successfully. But when i added it into Task scheduler to start automatically(restart server) its getting this error
TF30063: You are not authorized to access https://dev.azure.com/my-projects
My windows scheduled task added it to Run with highest privileges. But its getting same issue.
To resolve this issue I have two methods/steps.
Step 1 is to clear the credential from credential manager:
Go to Control Panel (with small icon view)-->User Accounts-->Manage your credentials (on the left column)-->Select Windows Credentials-->Scroll down to the Generic Credentials section and look for your TFS server connection.
Step 2 is to click on the operation that Connects to the Team Projects which is the button/plug icon in the Team Explorer tab. Then to also right click the project you are getting this issue on and select Connect:

Server error in '/' Application Visual Studio 2015 community

Need your help on this.I'm a newbie to the C# visual studio domain.
I was going over the tutorial on Microsoft site to create App and deploy on Azure. Here is the link below:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/web-sites-dotnet-deploy-aspnet-mvc-app-membership-oauth-sql-database/
After completing every single step .I have this annoying error message that keeps popping up whenever I try to access/ login-in - by using the google account or using the default user name and password on the site. Screenshot here
I've gone line by line checking my steps and codes ;my azure server, app and database is running perfectly. Google API and app is running - no errors.
On my local machine it is works fine. But, when I publish the code to Azure - the home page comes up and I can navigate to the login page but - I just can't login-in using the google AuthOut nor the default login page using the default credentials on line.
For the life of me - can't understand why its not working. Need help people.
The error means that your site is trying to talk to your database (SQL Server) but it can't connect to it. You probably don't have a SQL server database setup.
Look at step 11 in the instructions:
11.Select Create new server, enter a server name, user name, and password.
I'm guessing that you didn't create the database when you were creating your web app.

Azure - customErrors="off" in web.config is not displaying detailed errors in Azure app (cloud service)

I have an app deployed to Azure and it uses ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services) for authentication.
When the user tries to navigate to the app on Azure, it redirects the user to the ADFS authentication page. User enters their credentials and clicks OK, and ADFS redirects the user to the landing page of my app.
Everything is working fine up to this point. I'm getting a generic server error on the app once the user hits the landing page. PROBLEM: I need to see the detailed errors. I try setting <customErrors="off" />, repackage my app and redeploy, but that doesn't give me detailed errors:
Here's what I've tried: I've tried packaging my app in Debug mode (after Release mode didn't work), I've edited both web.config's (in the root of the solution, as well as in the Views folder, just to cover all bases). Nothing worked.
What am I doing wrong?
A couple of things to try:
Are you SURE the customerErrors attribute is set correctly? The
Identity and Access tooling in Visual Studio seems to like to reset
that back to "Off" (every time you update via the tool).
Are you able to connect to the role instance via Remote Desktop? If
so, you could inspect the web.config settings for the site?
Browsing to the site from the server might also provide a more
friendly error message.
When you RDP into the cloud service, you can look at the Event
Viewer to see the detailed error messages.
I fixed this error by ftp'ing into my azure website and deleting the wwwroot folder and then publishing my website via visual studio.

Team foundation 2010 web access works with localmachine but not external IP

I installed Team Foundation Server 2010 with a standard install and default settings. I have no AD services, this is a home machine in a workgroup. I have forwarded ports and such.
When trying to use web access, I can connect just fine using either localhost:8080/tfs/web or machine-name:8080/tfs/web. Both ask me for a user name and password, I enter my local admin credentials and it connects and gives me the TFS web interface as expected.
Trying to use myAddress.external.org:8080/tfs/web asks me for the username and password just like the other options, but doesn't accept any credentials and after several failed attempts gives 401: not authorized.
I've been looking around and I suspect it's a configuration issue with IIS, but I can't seem to get it working. Saw a similar problem here on stackoverflow, but his issue was not using an admin account. I'm trying to login with the only admin account on the machine, and the same one that TFS was installed under.
Someone suggested adding a binding to myAddress.external.org:8080 in the IIS console, but that didn't seem to do anything.
Ok, found what the problem was. Turns out there is a security feature that kicks in when trying to use an external name that resolves to localhost. This is unrelated to TFS, and is the case for any website hosted in IIS. The issue and solution is detailed here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896861
I ended up disabling loopbackcheck as suggested in the article:
Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
Right-click Lsa, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
Type DisableLoopbackCheck, and then press ENTER.
Right-click DisableLoopbackCheck, and then click Modify.
In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
Quit Registry Editor, and then restart your computer.

LightSwitch: how can I login as a Desktop client+Form auth+Zip package import deployment?

I got a weird problem during LightSwitch deployment.
My publish setting of LightSwitch is
Client Configuration: Desktop
Application Server: IIS (without LightSwitch prerequisite. I cannot make it to the hosting server)
Authenticaion: Forms Authentication
Database: Update Existing Database
FYI, my hosting company does not give web deployment so I have to make a package as a ZIP file and import it using IIS7 remote-admin.
After importing the zip file and deploying successfully, the first entrance of the desktop client is form auth login.
But...what is my default Admin??
I don't have any information about it!
In authentication page in Publish wizard, it only gives one link: "Learn more about adding an Application Administrator"
but It is not described.
Can you help me?
In the publishing wizard there should be a screen that asks you to create a default administrator account and specify the username and password.
