Navicat - Beautiful SQL keyboard shortcut - navicat

Is there a short cut to Beautiful Query in Navicat ?
I could not find any in the documentation.
Still wondering, if there is any

On macOS Sierra:
System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts
Select "App Shortcuts" from left side.
Click "+" under the right side.
In the popup, enter:
Application: Navicat (version).app
Menu Title: Beautify SQL
Keyboard Shortcut: Your preferred shortcut
This works on Sierra at least. I haven't checked other versions.

Using ALT+Click to select text in columns with Notepad++ (Linux)

I run Notepad++ both in Windows, and in Linux under Wine. In Windows, I can hold Alt and click/drag to select characters in a column rather than line-by-line.
In Linux, holding Alt and clicking doesn't select anything. Rather, it makes the cursor a hand tool which drags the window around.
Is there a setting to toggle on the alt-click column highlighting? I've poked around in the settings and keyboard shortcuts, but didn't find anything that looked relevant.
Thank you.
In case anyone else runs into this:
For Cinnamon desktop: go to Preferences > System Settings > Windows. Click on the Behavior tab. Change the "Special key to move and resize windows" from Alt to Disabled (or a different key).
Voila, alt-select works again in Notepad++!
(The Mint Forums answer linked above is for an older version but I have confirmed that this works on Mint 20.1 with Cinnamon 4.8.6.)

Alt button not detected on some keymap shortcut IntelliJ (elementaryOS 5.1.7

Settings
IntelliJ 2019.2 (same issue in 2020.2)
elementary OS 5.1.7.
AZERTY bluetooth Keyboard (Logitech K260)
French Keyboard Layout
French Input method
No custom configuration made either in IntelliJ or in the OS
Problem
The "Move Line Up/Down" shortcut I was using on Windows (Shift + Alt + Up/Down) is not working.
Description
On intelliJ, I opened Settings/Keymap window to check the shortcut was correctly set.
When trying to redefine this shortcut, the "Alt" button was not detected when pressed.
However, I can use it on elementaryOS (e.g. Alt+Tab is working).
On intellij, I can use some other shortcuts like "Alt + Up".
My OS were recently installed.
I already tried to put UK layout/input method with no success.
Two ideas:
system settings : something i missed in keyboard settings ? Don't know much about linux configurations.
IntelliJ option i'm missing.
Thanks.
Finally found the issue.
On elementaryOS,
Go to your Keyboard settings, select "Layout" tab.
On "Switch layout" options, change the default shortcut "Alt + Shift".
Then I am able to reuse this specific shortcut in IntelliJ.
See the screenshot below to get more information:

Shortcut to close a opened tab in android studio

What is the shortcut to close the opened tab in android studio?
I'm new to the android studio. I tried with CTRL+W. It's not working. I searched for a while. But I haven't get it. Any one please provide me the shortcut to close the opened tab.
You can try pressing CTRL+F4 in order to close opened tabs in Android Studio
As mentioned above, type CTRL + ALT + S to get into settings and in the keymap dialog search for Close, but the thing you want to reassign is
Close Active Editor
For Mac it is not set by default. Here is how I did it.
Android Studio 4.1 > Preferences > Keymap search for Close Active Editor right click > Add Keyboard Shortcut. Then assign anything you want. Alt+W is a good one.
If you right click on a tab header, the context menu shows you the current key binding next to the word Close (by default Ctrl+F4).
Follow the steps mentioned in other comments (type CTRL + ALT + S to get into settings and in the keymap dialog search for Close) and what you actually need to change is [editor tabs] / [close]
(android studio 3.6.1)
On a Mac, it's command + F4.
If you're like me, you may have to do command + fn + F4

Visual studio 2012 - is there a keyboard shortcut to move files from quick view to the open files

I usually click with the mouse on the "Keep open" icon.
Is there a way to do it with the keyboard?
Thanks.
Default Visual Studio 2012 keyboard shortcut for when your cursor is in the preview window:
Ctrl+Alt+Home
It can definitely be modified as JMik describes but that will get someone going quickly. As well, you can also kill the preview system entirely so that all windows open indefinitely and this shortcut becomes unneeded.
Press Ctrl+Q, and type "keyboard" and press Enter to open the "Options->Environment->Keyboard" window.
In "Show commands containing" type "Window.KeepTabOpen", then in the "Press shortcut keys" type your keyboard shortcut and press the "Assign" .

Android : cannot input text from keyboard

When my android sdk update to newest version, i met the issue is : I cannot type text into Android Emulator by using computer keyboard, and I cannot use Android Emulator keyboard (the keyboard that next to the screen).
If I want to input some text, I must use this : click to textfield where I want to type. It will go to screen with virtual keyboard (as a real mobile phone), and click the character I want.
This annoy me because make me slower when debug an app. Please help me, how to type directly using keyboard.
Thanks :)
Add "Keyboard support" to your emulator hardware:
On Eclipse, go to Window > AVD Manager
Choose your emulator > Edit
Click "New" button in "Hardware" section
Select "Keyboard support" and change value to "Yes"
Finally, click on "Edit AVD" button.
Then you could input text to your emulator from your keyboard.
FYI - since I upgraded to sdk v14, I've had settings issues on the emulators. Leap's solution does work, but you might have to start and stop the emulator several times before these settings stick. No idea why that is ...
