Sharepoint Infopath form read only after submitting - sharepoint

I have an infopath and deployed it to sharepoint document library. When i click on the add document in the library infopath form will open and user can fill the form and submit it. The form will be send for approval. But when any user clicks on the existing form present in the library then the form should not be in edit mode. User should not edit the form they should get only the read only form. How to implement this.

You can set hidden field with submit rules. Then in open form rules check this field and show read only view if field is checked.
But keep in mind - user can simply download form as xml, edit it in notepad and upload. You may set interface to read only, but if you don't set permissions on form items - user will can edit it.

unable to forward form created in notes designer 9 to notes 9 to share with clients

I have create a form in Notes Designer version 9.0 and i am unable to forward this form to any users, as i do not find Forward Button under Create Menu.
Not sure if am looking at right options to forward the form, please help.
Thank You
Venu
There are two classic approaches to publishing a form for users to fill out.
Set the Store Form in Document property on the form (see here), and add mail fields (SendTo, Subject, etc.) to it. Add a button that is only visible to you and use #MailSend code in that button to send a document to the people you want to fill out the form. Add another button that is visible to the recipients, and use #MailSend code in that button to send the document back to you, or to a mail-in database. The form will accompany the document wherever it goes. (It will be stored in a field called $Form.)
Just put the form in a database on your server, and set the ACL so that your users can create documents in that database. Send an email message to all the users containing a button with code that executes #Command([Compose]...) with the options set to point to the correct server, database, and form.
Note that both of the above techniques assume that the people you want to fill out the form have Notes clients. If that's not the case, then what you'll want to do is this:
Just put the form in a database on a server that is running the Domino http task, and set the ACL so that your users can create documents in that database. Send an email message to all the users containing a link in the form http://server/path/databasename.nsf/formname?OpenForm

Working with Forms in Shopware

I am unable to understand how forms work in shopware. I need to update the contact page with my own style but when I add content into the contact page cannot see that content on page when I browse it.
Could you please let me know how to create a page and what need to be done to add a form to that page?
You are aware that the contact form is handled via configuration that can be done in the shopware backend's content > form section? there you will find a list of existing forms that can be modified by clicking the pen icon. A window will open where you can configure the forms name, the recipient email address, subject, email template as well as the form html content that will be shown in the frontend and the message that appears after submitting the form.
If you intend to change the layout (html and/or css) of the forms you need to override the forms template files:
frontend/forms/elements.tpl
frontend/forms/header.tpl
frontend/forms/index.tpl
Kind regards!

Sharepoint 2010 WebPart: Users in Site Members Group can't save property of web part

I've created some custom property for my web part with Personalizable(PersonalizationScope.User) attribute. I changing this property in EditorPartClass in ApplyChanges() Method only. The main problem is user with contribute permission for a site can't save this property when editing personalized view of a page. Changing property applies when user click OK button on EditorPart, but after page postback value returns to its previous condition. Users with full control privilleges saves this property without a problem.
If User has an "Add and Customize Page" privilege property saves too.. But than User can modify web part in shared view too.. It's bad...
you need to explicitly change the SafeAgainstScript attribute on the SafeControl tags. This is new in 2010 because of the Client OM. you can't ever be sure that the user won't type malicious JS - so make sure you also encode any input your property takes!

problem with Infopath Form services

I want to have some url for my infopath form and give that link to user instead of going to form library and click new...how is it possible?
Also when I created Infopath form I have given some text fields and button, I don't want the Infopath services buttons(Save, save as...) how I cna remove those?
Any suggestions would really be appreciated...Thanks
You can publish an InfoPath form to a network share and give your users a link to it (or use a file:// url on a webpage). Another option is to figure out the URL to the form within form services (whats the actual URL when they click on the new button) and send out that link as the official URL. Both options have advantages (and disadvantages) so make sure to evaluate them both with respect to what you are trying to accomplish and the environment (ie - are you just trying to save your users a click or is there some other reason you need the 'new' URL).
1.) Format your URL like this:
https://SPSITE/sites/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?xsnLocation=https://SPSITE/sites/FORMLIBRARY/forms/template.xsn?DefaultItemOpen=1
2.) You found already! ; )

How to allow Users to request access to a particular document in SharePoint?

I would like to create something in SharePoint that allows users to request access to particular documents and then for me to be able assign access for a period. Would this be possible in SharePoint? If so, how would i go about doing this? What must i use?
Thanks in advance!
Set up a SharePoint Group for those documents and then allow users to request membership to the group.
This is how I would do it:
Add a hyperlink column to the Document Library
Add a 'New Item' event handler to the DL which adds the url to the hyperlink column, and point the hyperlink to your own ASP.Net page (or even the DL itself), with details of the document required (ID et al) in the GET string. Call this hyperlink 'Request Access' or something similar.
Create a webpart which checks the GET string for the right variables, identifies the user (currently logged in user viewing the page the webpart is on) and sends you an email informing you of the request. Add this webpart to the target ASP.Net page in step 2.
When a document is added, the event handler will update the hyperlink column with the required hyperlink. When a user requires access, they will click on the properly formed hyperlink, which will take you to a page with the receiver webpart on it. The receiver webpart will get the required information from the GET string, inform you via email, and also inform the user that the request has been received.
Although I'm sure theres a better way to do this...
You can modify the "popup" menu that's shown while hovering over the document. Add a link to that menu, here's an example of how to change the hover menu:
