mediaelement.js is not fullscreen in ie9 - fullscreen

I'm using mediaelement.js,The problem is that clicking the fullscreen button on the video player in IE9 or ie10,and it don't fullscreen.Any ideas how to handle this event under IE9 or ie10?

Fullscreen API support was added in IE11, so IE9 and IE10 do not have the ability to make an Element full screen. Using IE9 or IE10, when MediaElement.js’ “Fullscreen” button is clicked, the script does a best-effort fallback by resizing the video to expand to the width/height of the window instead.
Disclosure: I am on the team that worked on Microsoft's implementation of the Fullscreen API.

What browser does Outlook web use for addins on mac?

Does anyone know which browser Outlook-web uses for addins on a mac?
background: I am developing an addin for outlook web on a mac and I'm making use of a bootstrap collapsable panel. I also have two icons that I want to have to the left and right of the title, however, the anchor tag used to expand / collapse the panel is forcing a line break. I am wondering if this issue is something in my css or a browser issue since setting display: inline on the anchor tag does nothing.
According to MS documentation Webkit rendering engine is used, which is nothing but the Safari browser (with limited functionality) is used.
According to Microsoft
Any browser that supports ECMAScript 5.1, HTML5, and CSS3, such as
Internet Explorer 11 or later, or the latest version of Microsoft
Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (Mac OS).

Browser designed for dark mode

Is there a browser designed for dark mode or night mode. Besides Chrome or Firefox, they both have bugs for this design. Chrome has a flashing white screen on every page load and Firefox is unable to log in to Hotmail. A browser specifically designed for night mode would be ideal for Windows 10 64-bit.
I have Firefox on Windows 10 64-bits, with this add-on Dark Mode and almost every web-page is well displayed with a dark smooth that you can customize (with lots of dark colors), and even better it lets sites such as YouTube to display their own dark mode.
Also I can login to Hotmail with no problems
You only have to click on the slim bar to type your username
You can use Vivaldi, which is made for completely customized color schemes. Additionally, if you want to enhance chrome or Vivaldi (which can use Chrome-Addons) you could install Dark-Reader.

change browser for sencha touch 2

We are developing an app with Sencha Touch 2 and PhoneGap 2.0. We also want to use WebGL.
But neither the android browser nor safari mobile supports it.
However Opera Mobile 12 supports WebGL. Is it possible to start the sencha app with Opera Mobile?
Firstly, PhoneGap overrides the capability of Native Android browser. We cannot use the Opera Mobile browser features for developing the PhoneGap Applications.
Secondly, Sencha Touch is not supported by Opera Mobile. It runs only on WebKit browsers. I am not sure about Mobile chrome. But any other browser except android default browser will not able to run all features of sencha.
Hope you got your answer.
You can try RhoElements v1 browser. It also only supports WebKit as far as I know.
