I am programming a Midlet for an old mobile phone (Samsung gt e2120) with the Java ME.
This phone does only support GRPS for accessing the internet, no WLAN or other types of connections.
In areas where GPRS is not available I want to connect the phone to the internet via WLAN for a Http GET request.
Can I somehow use GRPS or something else to connect to my local WLAN router?
You can't connect WLAN with old mobile phone that without wifi support

Actually, I'm using Flutter for my app development. But to run the app, I need to be connected to the internet (first-time). But when I use USB tethering, the MTP connection is cut to use the internet, and my PC doesnt have a wifi-card. So, will a WiFi reciever help me with this so that I could use Mobile hotspot and simultaneously use MTP for running the application purposes?
Is it an Android phone or IOs? Of course on the PC side. I want to implement different behavior of my code depending on the OS on the connected phone.

From Bluetooth Perspective, you cannot find which OS version/OS/model is connected. This information can be modified in a phone (by changing name, service records etc.).
If you have your own application running on the phone, that is connected to the PC, then it is possible for your application to read the information(from the phone) and send it through Bluetooth Serial port (or) object exchange profile (or) by registering a record in the bluetooth service discovery database of the phone. If you can register a SDP record with the model and os information through your app, then it is possible to know the model , without establishing a active connection.
I have an Android tablet and A Raspberry Pi and I want to established a connection between them automatically when the tablet sends a request to the Pi.

At the same time i run sudo wpa_cli and p2p_find 20. The Android application detects the Pi, and I try to establish connection with the Pi which will display

Normally I would just p2p_connect TABLET_MAC_ADDRESS pbc to successfully connect them together but I find it inefficient if I were to swap to another mobile device.
Are there any other ways to connect the tablet without writing the tablet mac address? For example connecting to that specific device ssid when they send a P2P-GO-NEG-REQUEST to the pi?

If we look at the OSI ISO 7 layer model for network communication we can see that the Media Access Control (MAC) address is vital for identifying which device is which within a wifi network.
You could try setting up a bluetooth connection or a token-ring, but I suspect that would be more effort than you are looking for.
With IPv6 your devices could use neighbour discovery to automate past the MAC entry to the Internet Protocol, and its possible to connect between devices using their link-local address (fe80::some:thing)
Wifi carries packets of data, that have addresses. By analogy, if I tell you which town I live in, but don't write my building address on the packet, you are going to have a hard time delivering it.
I doubt the limitation of PeerFinder class in .NET. Can it make connection only with other laptops when implemented on laptop and phone to same phone when implemented on phone? Is it limited only to communicate with Windows OS devices, or is it able to communicate with any bluetooth device irrespective of OS?

You have two possible scenarios:
App to Device: you can connect a Windows Phone 8 device to third party devices (for example a LEGO robot or car audio systems) Bluetooth/RFCOMM (that is serial port profile, for the emulation of RS232 serial connections).
App to App: for communications between Windows Phone 8 devices and also Windows 8/Windows RT devices!

Unfortunately, it seems that the only way to stablish a socket connection using Bluetooth between a WP8 app and a Windows 8 app is by triggering the connection using NFC tap gesture. Although the PeerFinder documentation suggests that you might be able to specify AlternateIdentities to advertise peers running on both devices, it seems that Windows 8 relies on WiFi Direct, while WP8 uses Bluetooth.
So, if you are not able to use the NFC tap gesture between both devices to trigger the connection, you might not be able to pair both apps running on the different devices.

I want to send data by using J2ME between a mobile phone and a computer. The two machines are connected by the phone's cable : there is no Wi-Fi , no http connection , no Internet. So is it wrong or correct to use the J2ME DatagramConnection to send data to the computer when the mobile's cable is inserted to the USB port of the computer ?
When you talk about interaction between two systems, first you will need to address the connectivity. In the situation described, the connectivity between the phones is via USB, which is a serial port. So the communication can be done over serial port only.
Datagram can be used over IP networks and other specialized networks.
If for some reason you are unable to communicate via USB, check if you could connect both of them using Bluetooth. If your phone has Bluetooth and the computer doesn't, then you could purchase an USB Bluetooth Dongle for very cheap.
If you are trying to get logs of your application, you can check out Bluetooth loggers for J2ME. There are quite a lot of them. One such library is microlog

It depends, if you require high speed of data transfer while can bear some data loss then DatagramConnection is ok, and if you can't bear loss of data packets, then you should use TCPConnection.
