is there a booking form module with orchard - orchardcms

Is there a module available for a booking form?
Allowing you to see when something is available for hire and then recording your name for it?

Not that I know of. To be sure, please check Orchard Gallery: http://gallery.orchardproject.net/.

A friend of mine has created a demo of KendoUI's scheduler in his Kendo package on the gallery. It uses projections and is pretty flexible. May be somewhere you could start at least. His introduction to the module is here: http://breakoutdeveloper.com/Orchard-Modules/kendo-web-updates-q2-2013 and on the gallery here: http://gallery.orchardproject.net/List/Modules/Orchard.Module.Kendo.Web/2013.2.716

Rally API Add Tags to existing userstory NodeJS

I have been stuck on this issue for a while and I finally ended up asking on here. I need an example on how to add existing tags on existing test case using the NodeJS rally api. I have already seen the Java implementation and it does not help me too much.
I already have an application which creates/updates test cases, test folders, etc. I just got an extra requirement to add tags. I have been looking at their APIs and I am so confused on how to attach the tags. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Check out this section in the user guide:
https://github.com/RallyTools/rally-node/wiki/User-Guide#add-to-a-collection
That code example is adding defects to a story, but it should be super straightforward to change that to tags...

Is there a javadoc library for all current extlib packages?

Yesterday a customer asked me whether there is some kind of javadoc library available for all the extlib control objects, like we have it for the standard Xpage related controls:
http://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/dw/lotus/Domino-Designer/JavaDocs/DesignerAPIs/index.html
All I could say was "have a look at XpagesExt.nsf and see how they did it...". Which is quite a lame answer, I feel. So I spent half this morning googling but couldn't find anything. Anyone having a link for me?
Thanks,
Lothar
I've added it to the OpenNTF XPages Knowledge Base, in the General space, but also cross-linked from the Extension Library space. You can find the XML definitions for components and complex types as well as the JavaDoc for Extension Library. I will endeavour to keep it up to date as releases come out (it's not onerous, so should not be an issue).
I will take forward an action for the next OpenNTF board meeting to see if we can host Javadocs for this online on the OpenNTF site somewhere (as well as other OpenNTF projects). It looks like there's not a way to host them within Confluence (the product used for the Knowledge Base), but that should not be a barrier. We may also be able to add Extension Library into the build process to automate the generation and publishing.

Orchard - From dashboard or VS

following the tutorials on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nq480A0pgqc&list=PL0-GOAU3tpMYm0F1CHYP5_egk0mmAGMab for orchard cms.
Although all tutorials I find are using the dashboard to change the appearance of the site.
Is this the norm? I would like to learn to work from VS for this but cant find much on it....
any advice?
thanks
If you are looking for a starting point I would recommend Skywalker's excellent tutorial series. If you need to do it in orchard, it is in this series.

On themes - they are changed from within Orchard, but developed outside it. VS is not necessary, but gives good intelli-sense on razor views.
The correct place to start on writing a new theme is here: http://docs.orchardproject.net/Documentation/Writing-a-new-theme

Reviewing a website

Hi
I'm looking for a tool (free/paid) like a program that help me in reviewing my website style and interface such as explain the content of the home page (footer, header ..... ) taking snapshots and write comment on them ... I know this can be done using (print screen) and the MS paint but I need a more professional tool to use .
thank you in advance
I'm not sure if I understand well, but conceptshare may be the tool you looking for.
There's a firefox extension called Screengrab that can capture an entire page. You could add annotations to that quite easily in a DTP tool.
I'm not sure about the type of review you're looking for.
If you want to have people using the website and giving you their feedback in terms of navigation, layout, design and content, you can use a www.usertesting.com services.
They'll enroll users to test out the website and them give you a URl to review a video/audio recording of each user test. It's a great way to validate your website.
Hope this is what you were looking for...

The Definitive Image Gallery Engine / Plugin Guide

I want to get a good list of image gallery engines of all flavours: Stand alone, plugins for Wordpress or Rails, AJAX, no AJAX, using simple folders or a database on the server.
Please state what is needed (eg MySQL and Django) to run each item if possible. Thanks!
[I asked a similar question a while back but had limited responses. Hopefully with more users and a small bounty this will pick up more steam. EDIT - can't attach a bounty for two days. Hold tight.]
These are the ones I recall at the moment, they are all easy to integrate and they don't require much implementation to use. They all have a good and appealing design. Hope it helps.
Cooliris: Runs on flash, uses an
RSS feed to show the images
FancyBox: Jquery Plugin, you
just need to have create an < a
ref... arround the < img src...
LightBox: jQuery plugin, also
easy to use.
Photo Slider: jQuery plugin, as
some thumbnails bellow which you can
use to slide through the images
SimpleViewer: Nice Design, shows
thumbnails and images
HighSlide JS: Javascript viewer
I like Gallery the best of any I've seen. It requires PHP and a database). It can be plugged in to WordPress and other CMSish things
Take a look at SourceForge
If you are looking for a gallery application I recommend the open source project 'Gallery2'.
Lytebox is easy to use and very nice. It's enhanced version of LightBox.
Here is a nice photogallery using silverlight. Slide.Show is another slick Silverlight gallery. There are many gallery modules available for DotNetNuke, and an official module. There are also a great many available on Codeplex.
