When I try to join google group, I'm getting an error you do not have permission to join this forum. Even, I haven't restricted my new user to join my group. Anyone know how I get permission or get around this?

There are different security levels you can assigned to a Group, one of them is if the group is open for new members; this must be a security setting that you need to enable, please go through the reference link with information about Google Groups.
Hope that helps.

How can I create an unlimited account on Azure Video Indexer and access it from videoindexer.ai?
My Observation
Although a solid service, some things are quite complicated, e.g.,
sign up/in and account management, where a single email address
could create different accounts based on whether the
authentication was done with AAD or Personal Microsoft or Google
account.
The workflow seems confusing for an Azure newbie. A first time user
should just be able to create an unlimited account without going down the
rabbit hole reading different disconnected documentations which are
usually not helpful.
I created unlimited (paid) accounts but couldn't find them on videoindexer.ai. I had to switch between tenants to resolve the issue.

I am in the process of creating a training and events site in SharePoint for a non-profit organization that will have news posts targeted to 4 different geographical regions. These posts will be created and edited by multiple authors. If I wanted to make it easy for the news post editors to go to one page location with dropdown menus to add and edit posts for 4 different target audiences, what would be the wisest/most efficient method of accomplishing this goal?
Thank you for any advice if you have worked with the latest version of SharePoint!
Best,
Matthew Shuster
Based on your description, I understand that you want to target specific news post pages to specific audiences in a page library. Here're steps:
1.Go to the pages library settings -> select Audience targeting settings -> enable it,
2.From the library, select a page, select the ellipses then select Details.
3.In the details pane, select a value for the Audience property.

I have a computer with Linux installed that is being used by several users. Included is a secondary data partition that is being shared between the users. But permissions are not easily handled. Anything created by a specific user, get's that user as owner. I was wondering if it would be possible to use fuse to some how mimic the way Android handled it's /data/media location?
I don't know how Android handles /data/media permissions and my solution does not involve FUSE, but if you create a group and add all users in it and set setgid bit on the root of the secondary file system and change it's group to group with all users then owner of each file will still be user that created the file but group of the file will contain all user and therefore they can access it if you set permissions on that file right (something like 660).

I am trying to get a handle for my company, which was previously taken, but now it's listed as "Sorry, this page isn't available" when you visit the user page. However, when I try to sign up for that user, Instagram says it's unavailable.
I know SO probably isn't the best place to ask this, but I cannot find any information about this - so I'm wondering if people here have any insight.
Every since Facebook acquired Instagram, some of the help pages have moved to Facebook's help center. It looks like several people have reported this issue.
See Instagram won't let me create a username I want but I know it is available?
No one from Facebook/Instagram has responded (yet).
I think your best bet is to follow up on that thread, which is on the Official help and support site for Instagram, and hopefully someone from Instagram will address it in the future.

I need to create a cfengine policy which automatically maintains a user list on a linux box. If there are additional users on the system except the list, it would delete them. I am a newbie to cfengine. Any pointers would be immensely appreciated. Also let me know if i am trying to solve the problem in a wrong way.
You can use the new users: promise type in CFEngine 3.6.0 to manage local user accounts.
You can use the getusers() function to get a list of all the users on the system, and then iterate through it to determine which users need to be added or deleted.
Hope this helps you get started.
