What kind of website? Are you using some cms or building something by yourself? How should this "like" functionality behave?
To answer your question as general as it's asked: Yes it's possible.
If you're using a content management system you may want to search for a module that has such functionality.

first post here so I hope I'm not breaking any rules.
So, the situation I'm faced with is a bit complicated. I'm basically trying to login into a hangouts call without having the ability to use the browser itself. I can only insert the URL. Why is that you may ask?
I'm trying to show a hangouts call on my twitch stream using a OBS plugin called CLR browser. This plugin only allows to rezise the window and add a URL from where it'll take information from. It's great for notifications but not so great for what I'm trying to do. But after investigating alot I came to the conclusion that I'm out of options.
I do know you can login to gmail by only using the url like here:
How do I login into Google Apps via a URL?
If, for example I have a hangouts link like this:
https://plus.google.com/hangouts/_/gruxore63cq34fwddtcwwe64raa
Can I add something at the end so it logs in automatically?
Thank you.
Hate to disappoint, but you cannot auto-login using a link. OBS does allow you to screen share a window, though, so you should be able to open your favorite web browser, enter the Hangout, then share the window.
Failing that, XSplit has very flexible screen/region-sharing abilities.
Here's a YouTube video demonstrating exactly how to do this in OBS, and the link is time-coded right to the good-stuff.
A client would like to have his website implemented like the following one, on google:
https://www.google.ch/search?q=mlzd&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:fr:official&client=firefox-a
With:
a list of links to the differents sections of the website.
the google function with the arrow (on rollover of the links) to get previews of the website pages.
So, here are my questions:
Do you know to implement the several links? Is it tags?
Do I then have to do something to get the google images previews, or is it automatic?
Will the google images previews work, with a Flash website? If not, the preview will be a screenshot the website with no flash enabled?
Thank you a lot for your answers!!
David
The links are called Sitelinks, they are automatic. You cant do anything to sepefically enable them.

The preview is automatic, but you do need to make sure that 1) allow google to cache the url (ie avoid "nocache" and 2) not block in anyway the Previews https://sites.google.com/site/webmasterhelpforum/en/faq-instant-previews

Hi everyone
I want to develop a button like 'facebook like button'.
I am going to use it on my website and thinking it to share as iframe like facebook but I cannot think its securty because someone can develop a script that can click on it automatically.
I thought a solution using sessions but I couldn't make an algorithm completely.
How can I disallow autoclicks and which solution is the best? It can be any language I just want algorithm.
Thanks, have a nice day.
Edited :
Think a website like facebook. I login facebook and I can click on like button on any website.
Move to a new page and allow the logged in user to confirm that they were the ones who clicked the like
button.
I'm not sure that there's a surefire way to prevent clickjacking or the type of fraud you're referring to, given that you want to place your button in an iframe.
See http://ha.ckers.org/blog/20081007/clickjacking-details/ for more info.
You can't prevent this, once you have generated the like button, the button can be access directly.
You just can protect yourself using client side defence technologies like Comitari supplies.
They have a free product that protects you against ClickJacking and LikeJacking attacks.
Good morning, eveyrone
I'm working on an application using Google Earth and I had two questions.
The first question involves the pop up window. I want to get an external website to appear in this bubble. I can either hardcode the website into the description of the placemark or use an iFrame. Are there any other options I can use to get a website into Google Earth?
Second question: I want to ensure that the user, at all times while using my kml, has access to certain buttons. Is there a way without querying web application every few seconds to ensure that the button remains available to the user?
Thank you for your time.
The answer to you first question is no - other than loading the html directly or using an IFRAME there is no way to display markup in the content balloons.
I am not sure what you mean in you second question, are you developing a web-based application using the Google Earth Plugin - or a kml layer for use in the google earth application. Either way you should not have to query anything to make sure a button is visible.
I am working on a search engine project that will point a user to a page from, say Google, and show them where their search terms are in the document. Most of us search Google and know that sometimes you have to CTRL-F to find where that word appeared on the page (especially on long pages). I know some browser plug-ins can help with this - but is there a way to wrap the page in a frame and do it (even if you don't control the site being displayed)?
If not, what browser plug-ins might you recommend that I could customize & brand so the user can accomplish this task? I'm guessing you could also write a Kinitex plug-in or GreaseMonkey script - but I'd prefer to not go any route that a newbie user wouldn't immediately understand.
Thanks in advance for your help!
You can get source code of the page with curl, add javascript function to it and then pass result to the user. Just like server-side GreaseMonkey. :)
In google Chrome try Google Quick Scroll, it does it.
