How to implement isSupported() functions for the android maps v2 native extension - air-native-extension

I'm wondering what would be the best way to implement isSupported() method in air native extension which utilizes android maps v2.
I know that MapFragment.getMap() returns null if Google Play Services is not installed, but this can be checked only after fragments onCreateView() has been called. I would need to check whether device supports the maps before I show map on stage.
Is that possible and if yes, what would be the best way?

You may try using GooglePlayServicesUtil.isGooglePlayServicesAvailable.

ANDROID: Implement Google Maps direction in my app

I would like to add to an app the directions from the Google maps as seen bellow, but the information to come from the google maps when I am starting the navigation (a route on the main Maps App. Would that be possible? And if yes, where would I start?
EDIT: This post describes better the issue I'm having, and it even provides a Kotlin library that can be used.
You can use Mapbox API for Navigation. It's a very great library to use.
Check this tutorial for implementation.
Check the example that you want exactly.
Basic UI Navigation Example
BETA => Turn-by-turn navigation
This can be solved using the notification Listener Service. There is a Kotlin library that can be used.

Is there any library available in Xamarin forms for Token Input view?

I want multiple strings to be added and deleted in a view. I can achieve this by using native libraries.
Native iOS: CLTokenInputView-Swift-master
Native android: TokenAutoComplete-master
I want to implement this in Xamarin forms for both iOS and android. Is there any way to achieve this? Or any library files available?
I think what you are looking for is something like the TagEntryView. It may not do everything you want but it is open-source so maybe you could get the important parts out of there and customize it as you like.

How can I create a cross platform library using xamarin?

I would like to create a SDK for mobile developers to embed my solution, but instead of writing it in Swift and Java, I would like to use Xamarin to write it once and then export to the selected target.
I'm not sure if it possible, I saw this answer : Is it possible to embed xamarin part into an existing native app?
but it was sometime ago so I wonder if things have changed or if there is a workaround, like writing a small native part just to create the bindings and export this as the sdk then...
AFAIK nothing has changed, still not possible.

Chrome: Google Cast Retrieve Available Device List

I worked with the pre-release SDK before the official SDK was released. Before I could retrieve a list of devices and display them however I wanted. For example, Google Music still has this functionality.
With the official release, is there any other way, besides having the Chromecast Extension popup with the list, to show available devices? I've been searching the documentation for an answer with no results.
Thanks!
No, the functionality is now handled by the extension to make it more uniform across all apps that use this feature, and to avoid confusion as to what the cast icon is in the chrome itself on the top right and what is the cast icon inside the player. Now both provide the same functionality if you are within a cast-enabled app.
