". ogg" files will not play on my website. The browser displays a 404.3-error. It has probably something to do with the configuration of the server. When I asked the server administrator, he referred to http://blogs.iis.net/bills/archive/2008/03/25/how-to-add-mime-types-with-iis7-web-config.aspx. But thats a guide that is intended for. NET users - and my website are made in classic ASP. How is the solution implemented in classic ASP - is it possible?
See also: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Configuring_servers_for_Ogg_media

You need to use IIS manager, which means you either need a remote desktop connection to your server or you need to get your server admin to do it for you.
Either way, instructions on how to add a mime type are here

I am developing an application in mean-stack. The only the difference is that I want to host my application in IIS rather than express.js. Is it possible or feasible to do so? What are possible advantages and disadvantages? Thanks in advance.
It seems to be possible: Hosting node.js applications in IIS on Windows. That site even mentions some benefits. To be honest, I have no first hand experience (or need) to run Node on IIS.

Is FTP/SC the only means to browse and edit your Azure website?
Isn't there an online file explorer to be able to apply minor changes such as modifying the web.config file etc.
No online file explorer.
However minor changes to web.config, such as connection strings, app settings, default document and handler mappings are available via the "Configure" tab of the web site. For everything else, you should FTP.
Be careful with web.config, it has been seen that some changes are not allowed, though it is not documented. Look at this question.

I have ASP.NET website + database. I want to try to deploy it into ms cloud.
I look to Azure "Web Sites".
I don't understand clearly what difference between Free, Shared, Reserved.
What I need to use?
Check out this link: https://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/pricing/details/#header-1 and click on Web Sites link on the left hand side. This should give you an idea about the differences between 3 models.
Hope this helps.
Check out this link below, it clearly explains you the differences between free, shared and reserved website modes.

My boss has asked me to look into applications to host web services on our FreeBSD machine. Previously I have only used visual studios to do web services so I am wondering what is the best applications on there to host them on in a unix environment?
Thanks for the help!
EDIT: Just to be clear, I am talking about something like this: http://axis.apache.org/axis2/java/core/ I am just not familiar with what is the most popular/most stable ect. on the unix side of things.
It depends on the application you want to host.
There are several ways to solve your task:
Use normal web-server (e.g. Apache, Nginx and so on)
Use specialized software with innate web-server capabilities (e.g. Twisted, Node.JS and so on).
You need to be more concrete to get concreter answer :)

If it is, can someone provide me with a download link? I've been looking through google and through the couchbase website, and so far haven't found any reference to the dbx builds.
Couchbase is different from CouchDB, so if you can't use it in your shop (like me), CouchDBX is still available here:
http://dl.couchone.com/dl/384fe8cac77f981551a6632c020259a3/CouchDBX-1.0.2.0.zip
(Please don't take it down :-)
If you follow the link from CouchDBX page, you will land on Couchbase's site, where to find the OS X binary package under its new name, Couchbase Server Community Edition (direct link to download page).
This is were I got it, at least.
