i wanna buy a samsung galaxy s3, but i dont know if it can be connected. Does anybody knows it works? Do i need an otg usb cable to conect or it can be with normal usb cable?
I tried to connect ardunio mega ADK successed before I upgrate the Android system. However, I can connect success rate about 20%. That's means I only connect success twice every ten times.
But I can't connect success after the system upgrate to 4.1.2.
i have tested two android devices with ardunio mega ADK, Google Nexus one , and Samsung galaxy S3 .
Google Nexus one Works fine , but Samsung S3 doesn't responds to the board , to let it works you should use external power source (e.g 9V battery) , and its works fine , also you don't want to buy an otg usb cable , its works with the normal usb cable that comes with the phone .

I'm trying to make an Android application for Android Things running on raspberry pi that takes USB joystick inputs (including DJI Mavic controller) and passes it over BLE HID as a gamepad.
Windows, Oculus Quest and Mac all recognize it as a gamepad, but when I try to connect to it, they connect and disconnect right away. I'm not sure why
Is there any tool on any OS that logs the BLE HID pairing process to find out what went wrong?

I want to reach data (contacts, sms...) in my galaxy s5 but the screen is broken and i am not able to enable usb debugging to control my phone using PC.
is there a way i can enable usb debugging via PC?
thank you
if you just need to access the data on your phone, you don't need to enable usb debugging. Just plug it into the USB port of your PC and access the file system of your phone. Get the photos, music etc you've stored on the phone.
Alternately if you can still use touch input use a HDMI adapter and connect your smartphone to a TV. The screen will be mirrored on your TV but your phone would still need to recognize touch inputs
Bluetooth A2DP compliant headsets don't get recognized with my Samsung Galaxy Tab (T-Mobile) with Android 2.2. I'd like to make it work. The Samsung FAQ says that A2DP is supported. But I've had no luck getting the Tab to recognize these any BT headsets. Can you help?
The problem was that the Samsung Bluetooth API filtered out zero class bluetooth devices resulting in detection problems (or not finding some devices). Samsung has now fixed this problem so all you have to do is upgrade the firmware on your tablet (using Kies) and that should take care of your problem.
