Empty list of managed Foursquare venues - foursquare

We have an issue with retrieval of managed venues via Foursquare API.
I can't see that my home location in my managed locations list.
We use this api call :
"https://api.foursquare.com/v2/venues/managed?oauth_token=' + token",
but it always returns an empty list.
Could a home location be retrieved using this api call, or there is a special api method?
Thank you!

Your home venue is not a managed venue. Managed venues refer specifically to businesses that have been claimed by their owners, and the venues/managed endpoint returns venues that have been claimed in such a fashion. It is not possible to use the API to determine a user's home.

Further Filter Available Fields from Microsoft Graph API

We are using the CalendarView endpoint to retrieve a users appointments for a specific time period. While calling the endpoint we are passing $select=start, end, showAs to only retrieve the fields that we are interested in.
Our end client is concerned that even though we are filtering the results on our side we still have access to Calendars.Read and technically have access to read meeting subjects, etc. Is there any way in Office365 or the Graph API that our end client can apply more granular permissions to filter which fields we have access to?
Today Microsoft Graph application permissions give your application full access to the entity they cover (all the properties)/the endpoint (all the payload).
There's is no way to restrict access to specific properties of an entity for a specific application.
You can always suggest this idea on uservoice.

search in foursquare users api with name and location

i need to search in foursquare API for user and add location in search not just name but the API docs didn't have location option although in normal search in site we can add location in users search with name.
The user/search is designed to help users find friends on Foursquare, not find users at a location. You can call the herenow endpoint to see if friends are at a specific venue.

Does 4sq allow cloning the checkin feature for third party social networks?

Out of curiosity and because I couldn't find any information on this in the API policies: Does foursquare allow using the venue database to rebuild the check in feature with another social network?
Say someone builds MyCoolSocialNetwork and wants to provide a check in feature that does not require his users to sign up for foursquare user accounts. Would it be OK to build an app where users would check in at venues taken from the foursquare venue database, but using their MyCoolSocialNetwork account? Obviously those MyCoolSocialNetwork check ins would only be visible inside MyCoolSocialNetwork, but not on foursquare (and vice versa). Technically, MyCoolSocialNetwork would have a check in database of its own that would be independent of foursquare's.
Technically this doesn't seem like a violation of the API terms, but I would strongly discourage this for these reasons:
You will need to attribute Foursquare in any search results or link to our venue pages when you're using Foursquare data (which you will be). This creates a strong link between Foursquare and your app & the venues you're using.
It will then be extremely confusing from a UX standpoint if you're offering your users to check in, but these check-ins aren't reflected on Foursquare itself.
I think you're better off authenticating your users through Foursquare and letting them check in on Foursquare itself—all the hard work is already done for you! We also recently released native auth libraries for iOS and Android to make this process easier.

Foursquare Venues: Combing Results: Is this approach allowed for missing results?

I plan to use Foursquare Venues to help users fill up a form about the location of the event that they would be creating on our website.
However, sometimes the event location is not present or unaccurate in the foursquare's database. In this scenario we are planning to ask user to manually enter the event location information which would we would save in our own database.
Next time a user enters a location, we would give them suggestions by combining the results from our database and Foursquares.
The question I have is: is this allowed and accepted by the Foursquare api usage policy? Thanks.

a demo of how I am using Foursquare Venues currently: http://karanverma.info/Ingressos/venues.html
Yes, it is allowed. See foursquare Policies page for more information.
They do not allow merging of data from their database and google, but they allow you to extend with data of your own.
That link contains all the different usage policies information, not just for the venues database, but generally if you have a more specific question you should just ask them directly (link for their support page)

Getting Fousquare check-in data from public profiles

I'm looking to get check-in data that includes user ID, place and time information, from Foursquare users that have public accounts. What is the best way to do this that doesn't require each user's authentication? Thanks.
I'm afraid that's just not possible using the API. In order to access checkin information a user must authenticate with your app.
If you don't need specific users, you can search Twitter for Foursquare checkins published there and then scrape the linked checkin pages for the user ID, place and time information.
