How Do I Specify Locale of href in Like Box? - layout

See my code below, my problem is that if I go directly to the link (using SO as example), I will get the Facebook layout in French which is what I want, but if I go via the Like Box link, Facebook strips the locale and the destination displays in my browser's default language of English. How do I accomplish the destination in French without duplicating my Facebook page?

<html><body>
<div id="fb-root"></div>
<script>(function(d, s, id) {
var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/fr_CA/all.js#xfbml=1&appId=123456789";
fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>
<div class="fb-like-box" data-lang='fr_CA' data-href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Stack-Overflow/105665906133609?ref=ts&locale=fr_CA" data-width="292" data-show-faces="true" data-stream="true" data-header="true"></div>
</body></html>

WebdriverIO | how to show html content of wdio-timeline-reporter or wdio-html-reporter generated file with css in the email body sent by nodemailer

I am trying to send the html content of the file (report.html in the pic below) and this file opens up in browser perfectly as the reference of css works fine when opening it from the folder. But when I am trying to send this file as html body using nodemailer it just loses all its styling and in email I am just receiving a plain text email just like below.
Can someone tell me how to tell nodemailer that all the css are present of this file is present in the html-reports folder and it should appear in the email body same as it opens up in the browser.
If anyone using WDIO and sharing any such information over email then please share this info with me.
I am using latest version of the WDIO btw viz. V7.7 (cucumber framework)
Basically I want to achieve below use case -
After running the test html report comes of all the cucumber scenario pass/fail/skipped along with error trace
I want to share this info in email body and not as attachment and my email body should be properly styled
Thanks much in advance !
To achieve the results that you mentioned you have to use internal CSS, this is placed in the head section of your report.html, within a style element.
So where you have the link to your external CSS you want to replace that with the actual CSS that is in the report-styles.css and place it in a style element.
report-styles.css:
h1 {
color: blue;
}
p {
color: red;
}
report.html before:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="report-styles.css">
</head>
<body>
<div>Your report</div>
</body>
</html>
Replace the CSS link with the actual CSS in the file
report.html after:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<style>
h1 {
color: blue;
}
p {
color: red;
}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<div>Your report</div>
</body>
</html>
Then you can add the report.html to your email and all the styles will be there without having to reference that external file.
This will require some additional coding on your end after your report is completed and before you send your email.
You can use something like gulp to do the replacement for you or write your own code for the replacement.
gulp.js example:
var gulp = require('gulp');
var replace = require('gulp-replace');
var fs = require('fs');
function getCSSFilename(linkTag) {
var hrefValue = /href\=\"([A-Za-z0-9/._]*)\"/g;
var cssFilename = linkTag.match(hrefValue);
cssFilename = cssFilename[0].replace("href=\"", "").replace("\"", "");
return cssFilename;
}
gulp.task('inject-styles', function () {
return gulp.src("./report/report.html")
.pipe(replace(/<link rel="stylesheet" href="[^"]*"*>/g, function(linkTag) {
var style = fs.readFileSync(`.${getCSSFilename(linkTag)}`, 'utf8');
return '<style>\n' + style + '\t</style>';
}))
.pipe(gulp.dest('./report'));
});
Hope this is helpful enough to let you know how you achieve what you described.

How to render the HTML into react component

I want to render the pure HTML coming from some external source into react component. I saw few solutions where people are talking about some conversion tools (HTML to JSX) but I want to handle everything in my component so while mounting it will get the HTML response and that needs to render.
You can use dangerouslySetInnerHTML for this:
function createMarkup() { return {__html: 'First ยท Second'}; };
<div dangerouslySetInnerHTML={createMarkup()} />
But as the method name suggests: you should be very sure of what you are doing there and the security implications it has.
This shouldn't be difficult to do . Assign your HTML to a div and then render it using {variable name} JSX allows you to do this and with ES6 integration you can also use class instead of className.
var Hello = React.createClass({
render: function() {
var htmlDiv = <div>How are you</div>
return <div>Hello {this.props.name}
{htmlDiv}
</div>;
}
});
ReactDOM.render(
<Hello name="World" />,
document.getElementById('container')
);
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/react/0.14.8/react.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/react/0.14.8/react-dom.min.js"></script>
<div id="container">
<!-- This element's contents will be replaced with your component. -->
</div>

Meteor Facebook Profile Picture not Displaying

On first sign I have the following code:
Accounts.onCreateUser(function(options,user){
if (typeof(user.services.facebook) != "undefined") {
user.services.facebook.picture = "http://graph.facebook.com/" + user.services.facebook.id + "/picture/?type=large";
}
return user;
});
Which results in the following URL string
http://graph.facebook.com/[myfacebookid]/picture/?type=large
Yet when it renders that url and returns
<img scr="http://graph.facebook.com/[myfacebookid]/picture/?type=large" alt="My Name">
All I see is a broken image. How can I pull this in so that it renders the facebook profile picture?
I use a helper function based off of the Facebook ID of the user to grab the image on the server. I notice my url has /picture? and your has /picture/? Hope this helps.
userPicHelper: function() {
if (this.profile) {
var id = this.profile.facebookId;
var img = 'http://graph.facebook.com/' + id + '/picture?type=square&height=160&width=160';
return img;
}
},
I don't know how I missed this before, but is this the src attribute on the image tag is actually written as scr:
<img scr=
Should be...
<img src=
You have http instead of https.
So:
"https://graph.facebook.com/" + id + "/picture/?type=large";
This was my problem.

Accessing HTML controls inside iFrame

How do you access html controls inside an iframe from javascript in CRM?
I have:
var height = document.getElementById("IFRAME_TransactionProduct_RA").contentWindow.document.getElementById("txt").value;
but that results in "Error on page" and the content is not loaded.
The element I want to access is an html input with id of 'txt':
<input id="txt" type="hidden" />
Here's an example how you copy a value from a CRM field to a control in an embedded HTML control in an IFRAME. I'm assuming the names of the web resource and the field. You'll have to adapt those. You also might throw in a try-catch in case CRM throws in en exception (got the joke?) and please mind that I'm typing the code on my phone so there might be a typo somewhere (auto-correction, yey).
var source = Xrm.Page.data.entity.attributes.get("oneCoolField")
var information = source.getValue();
var customHtml = Xrm.Page.ui.controls.get("WebResource_EmbeddedHtmlContent");
var destination = customHtml.getObject().contentWindow.document;
if(destination) {
var customControl = destination.getElementById("elementToAccess");
if(customControl) {
customControl.value = information;
}
}
EDIT:
This gets you to the web resource.
var customHtml = Xrm.Page.ui.controls.get("WebResource_EmbeddedHtmlContent");
This gets you to the DOM of the IFRAME.
var destination = customHtml.getObject().contentWindow.document;
This gets you to the control on the custom page.
var customControl = destination.getElementById("elementToAccess");
This gets you the contents of the control.
var contents = customControl.innerHTML;
Which part fails on your computer?
With jQuery:
$(Xrm.Page.ui.controls.get('IFRAME_TransactionProduct_RA').getObject()).contents().find('#txt').val();
Pure JS:
Xrm.Page.ui.controls.get('IFRAME_TransactionProduct_RA').getObject().contentWindow.document.getElementById('txt').value;

Like Box Does Not Display - Using Dreamweaver CS4

I am trying to add the Like Box to a web site but nothing displays. I have tried both the HTML and the Iframe code with no success. Any assistance is appreciated.
HTML:
<div id="fb-root"></div>
<script>(function(d, s, id) {
var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1";
fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>
<div class="fb-like-box" data-href="http://www.facebook.com/RockyMountainKoiClub" data-width="292" data-height="500" data-show-faces="true" data-stream="true" data-header="true"></div>
IFRAME:
<iframe src="//www.facebook.com/plugins/likebox.php?href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FRockyMountainKoiClub&width=292&height=590&colorscheme=light&show_faces=true&border_color&stream=true&header=true" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none; overflow:hidden; width:292px; height:590px;" allowTransparency="true"></iframe>
