I noticed that ping to Google DNS and to google.com from Serbia is about 15ms, but google servers are located in California!
http://www.geoiptool.com/en/?IP=173.194.39.110
My dedicated server is located in Germany and our countries are close, but ping is 43ms.
What is the secret?
Can I reduce ping to my server somehow?

Google has an estimated 900,000+ servers all around the world. Not just in California.

I opened a "shared" web site on azure microsoft. my domain name is "mydn.azurewebsites.net" ,I purchased a domain name "mydomain.co.il" and did the following from https://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/develop/net/common-tasks/custom-dns-web-site/ to make my domain name work.
my dns provider told me to add "url forwarding " to "mydn.azurewebsites.net" .
my Q is. will it cause problems with SEO ? google search
I did the same as you and have not had any problems.
My DNS server is set up with a CNAME entry that points to mydomain.azurewebsites.net.

I am looking for help on getting IPv6 to my Xen domU's. I currently have one 6in4 tunnel from HE for each guest and would like to consolidate that to one on the dom0. But I am not set on that-- I am completely open to suggestions.
Based on my research both here and on Google, I am not finding anything great. For what it is worth, the dom0 is running Centos 5.8 and Xen 3.0.
Sounds good to me. Set up radvd on the dom0 to advise the routable /64 they give you and have the domUs get an address from it.

Currently sharepoint responds to http://sharepoint.mydomain.com. I want it to respond to http://portal.mydomain.com also. This is an intranet site.
Is a DNS alias and alternate access mapping all I need to do? If not what are the necessary steps to accomplish this?
It seems so. Take a look at this: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/sharepointadmin/thread/b76cf17d-85cb-4a5e-9f7b-e0efdf438667 and this: http://dotnetengineer.wordpress.com/2008/06/30/url-aliases-for-your-sharepoint-site/. According to the second link you may want to set Zone setting to Extranet.

I've posted it to serverfault earlier, but had no response... Help me, please!
I have to monitor a network. In this network there are several voip devices, some of them are Linksys PAP2T. I'd like to get the name of this device over the network. For all other SNMP works fine, but how can I use SNMP on PAP2T or is there any replace?
Thanks!
According to the product data sheet, as far as I understand 'Linksys PAP2T' does not support SNMP at all.

Has anyone seen published statistics on SSL/TLS usage across the internet (i.e. servers using SSL vs. non-ssl enabled servers)?
Thanks,
Chris
These two talks from Blackhat 2010 (pdf) and Defcon 18 (pdf) are probably the best data you're going to get.
ssllabs has lots of good stuff.
