Publish to TestFlight menu not enabled in monodevelop - xamarin.ios

I am using Monodevelop v3.0 and Monotouch v5.2.11. When I try to publish my app to testflight, "publish to TestFlight" menu is not enabled.
I searched through the web found few requested to check "Build ad-hoc/ enterprises Package" in IPhone IPA options and build the app.
I tried all the possibilities. Still the menu "Publish to TestFlight" menu is not enable. I think I am missing some basic step.
Can anyone help me plz?
I am using Monotouch evaluation version. Will testflight work in evaluation version?

The Testflight service only works with applications built for devices.
The evaluation version of MonoTouch only works for the simulator.
You need a full license (and applications built for devices) to test Testflight integration in MonoDevelop.

Cannot Deploy Xamarin Forms iOS App on Real device for Debugging on Windows

To build for Xamarin.iOS, you need Xcode, and therefore you need macOS. From Xamarin.iOS Installation guide:
To build for Xamarin.iOS, the following are required:
the latest version of Visual Studio
the latest iOS SDK
the latest version of Xcode
the minimum version of macOS required by Xcode
You can use Automatic Provisioning、Manual Provisioning、Free

How to create nuget package for xamarin.ios

I have created a Xamarin.iOS UI component without core project, only a Xamarin.iOS project, and I would like to package it with nuget which I can use across several projects. But I can't handle it.
I'm looking for proper steps for creating a Nuget Package based on my Xamarin solution.
The only thing I found is this command line nuget pack your.nuspec.
Obviously I'm on mac.
Thank's
Anthony;
Easiest way to make a nuget for ios - Visual studio for Mac.
Open project settings in ios settings page and enable "create package when building the project".
Then go to the Metadata and fill it. After that choose release mode and build, and finally check output directory(yourprojectname/bin/release).

Xamarin set up IOS build host

I am using visual studio for Xamarin development and I have a business license for both Android and IOS. The Android version of my project is nearing completion and I want to begin development on the IOS version.
I am following the process listed in the requirements and installation section of the below link:
http://developer.xamarin.com/guides/ios/getting_started/installation/windows/introduction_to_xamarin_ios_for_visual_studio/
I have added my Apple Account ID to XCode however as far as I can tell you need to manually assign an IOS Certificate to the build hosts keychain to beable to build from visual studio
If you are using Visual Studio for Xamarin.iOS development, you also
have the option of provisioning manually using the Apple Developer
Portal.
Now as far as I can tell this has a $99 cost involved? Is this fee mandatory before I can build any IOS apps from visual studio ?
EDIT:
After pairing the build host and building my app it seems my suspicions are confirmed. A IOS Development Certificate
stored in the keychain is required
As far as i know you don't actually need the iOS Certificates for developing with Visual Studio and the build host, as long as you're running your app on the iOS simulator. However, as soon as you want to test your app on a real device you need the certificates. And just a reminder, you should test on real devices as soon as possible. I got some really bad surprises after developing exclusively on the simulator for more than 6 weeks ...

WAAD Tools for ASP.NET - Exception

After installing Windows Azure Active Directory Tools for ASP.NET, I receive an exception after opening a web project in VS2012'; and, the Enable Windows Azure Authentication option does not appear in my Project menu so I am unable to use the feature. Uninstalling / reinstalling / rebooting has not helped. This is on Windows 8. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
David, what tools do you mean? The "Identity And Access Tools" or something else? Because the latest and recommended version of the tooling for WAAD (targeting VS2012) is the Identity and Access Tools And there is no more "Enable Azure authentication", there is menu item "Identity and Access" where you can configure either ACS or WAAD. And these tooling only work for .NET 4.5 projects. Hope this helps.
The exception for web project comes from another source. What worked for me (for the web projects) was:
Manually remove the NuGet Package Manager from Visual Studio.
Close All instance of Visual Studio
Manually install the latest version of NuGet Package manager
now Web Project shall be fine
Let me know if this works for you.

BB10 debugging and showing logs on Android Runtime

I try to port my android app to BB10 platform. My development os is windows and blackberry plugin of eclipse gives some runtime errors. it seems that it is not stable yet. I just wonder that is there anyway to check logs without using eclipse plugin?
Blackberry graphical aid tools can be used for compatibility check and signing apps but it doesn't show the logs.
