I'm looking for some sort of web software that is secure, where a team of people can login and view/add/edit Clients, with the following normal meta data:
Client Name
Domain
FTP User/Pass
MySQL User/Pass
CMS User/Pass
Anyone have any recommendations, don't really want to create a php script myself?
The problem at the moment is: We currently administrate a .DOC with all the information in it.
look at https://lastpass.com or http://www.passpack.com/ which allows you to share credentials with people.
I don't know of any specific software that could help you, however, I have used Basecamp before which is a payed cloud based service.
http://basecamphq.com/
They also offer something called 'highrise' which could better suit your needs:

I'm new to Netsuite world but need to do some administration at my current job. Here are my questions related to Netsuite.
Where can I create a Developer Account/signup for Netsuite so that I can login and learn some configuration.
Any online resources to learn configuration/administration or I need to take the actual training?
What are the programming languages we need to know for development and what is the scope of customization in Netsuite?
Thanks in Advance!
1) Here is the link for Developer Account/Signup for Netsuite.
They usually take some time to process your Dev account request, once they verify your details, you'll get a response mail from Netsuite with a given link to access it with a temporary password.
2) Truely speaking, you have to grab everything on your own efforts. There is no decent and pretty formatted way to get everything from one particular place(unless you ready to pay for some heavy amount for the webinars).
Once you get the login access in to Netsuite (Dev account) you can explore the help documents for more details.
Next thing in the series and which is very obvious is to join Netsuite User Forum. Once you became a member, you can post queries and discover a lot of new ideas about how industry is using Netsuite in different fields.
3) Netsuite provides supports for Java, .NET & PHP (SOAP based access).
Apart from that Netsuite does also provide a REST based access through RESTlets which is an extension of server side javascript.

I get a free domain name at dot.tk and upload my website to 1freehosting, both tools are free, i can see my website on a mac, but i can't see it when surfing on a windows pc, i found that when disabling anti-phising feature of the antivirus i can see it, but... that shouldn't happen, that means that my website is recognized as phising... so what should i do?
When a website is recognized as phising, what are the reasons?
Is the problem the hosting?
Is the problem de domain name server?
Didn't find any information, but i resolve the problem using other free domain names, the one i used is .ml, there're other free and short domain names at: FreeNom
I have same problem, from what I can see DNS servers for .tk and .gq are down. I see a twit saying the provider freenom is dead. Let's hope it's not true.

i'm about to start a project for sharing files, announcements, and other stuff between branches of a company, it must be a web based system, with all the layers as profile management, employee communication, etc... What i don't know is what's the name of this kind of systems? It's a web based system wich will only allow access to the company's personnel(still don't know how to do that - help please), and must connect the different branches.
I think you're making an Intranet Software or kind of that.
Look here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enterprise_social_software
Software examples
Specific social software tools which programmers have adapted for enterprise use include:
wikis
social bookmarking
social search
Web Content Management System
instant messaging
file sharing
So, you are doing a profile management, file sharing...it looks like an intranet.
Example of intranet: http://www.intranetdashboard.com/
A textbook name I've met for these type of systems is "Knowledge Management Information Systems".

I am building a question and answering site by myself.
I want to make this site indexed as a Q&A site or Forums by Google, which can be retrieved when using the "Discussions" in Google. In my personal experience, Google Discussion Search is a pretty useful function when I want to get others' real opinions or experience.
However, I have no any idea on that how Google determine one site as Q&A/Forum or one page as Q&A/Forum page. I searched a lot on Google, but there is little related information discussing this issue. Do you have any idea or reference on that?
Thanks!
Best,
Jing
Use richsnippets and make Google recognizing your traffic by using Webmaster tools or Analytics . Use a sitemap.xml to invite for revisit and fast indexing, disable archiving (f.e. Google Cache) with meta-robots noarchive. If you have high traffic and fast content building, search-engines will then recognize by themselves.
