How to configure P4V to display time in 24h format?
I think I have searched everywhere in the software, but didn't find any related settings.
I cannot bare the format anymore, especially the 12:00 AM. It's killing me. Please can anybody help me out?
In Edit -> Preferences -> Display -> Dates, set to perforce standard (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss), and restart your P4V and click Refresh.

I cannot configure online accounts with gnome-calendar in Xfce4 nop lxde. When I press in google line for example, it makes nothing. Is there something I missed?
I use Arch Linux.
Update: workaround
Launch GNOME Control Center with this trick (thanks, Reddit):
env XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=GNOME gnome-control-center
and set up your calendar settings (Online accounts) from there.
Worked for me :)

Not an answer, but I don't have enough reputation to comment :)
I use Arch Linux, too, with XFCE Desktop and I experience the same problem.
As I'm watching the output of journalctl -f while trying to add a new calendar provider, I get some clues on what is going on:
I get similar errors if I'm trying to launch GNOME Control Center.
The function
#4 0x00005654135cad52 cc_shell_model_set_panel_visibility (gnome-control-center)
appears in both of the outputs.
My best guess is that to access these settings, the calendar app uses GNOME Control Center, but the latter assumes GNOME Shell and calls a function that depends on its runtime environment.
1 .Go to Google Calendar -> Settings (Top Right of the page)
2 .In there, click on the Calendar Tab (Top left of said page)
3 . Click on export Calendar. This will download the calendar in an .ics file format.
4 . Extract the .ics file and go to Gnome Calendar, click on settings. From the dialogue box that appears, select from file and go to the extracted .ics location and select the one without the '#' in the starting of its name.
5 . Select synchronize back in Calendar and make sure your internet is working.
Is there a way to change the color of the active tab in WebStorm 9?
I know you can change the text based on different states, but I want to look up and quickly see where the hell I am. There must be a way because the color themes obviously change them.
If you know that would be great.
unfortunately it can't be changed - this color is a part of IDE l&f and thus is hardcoded. Please vote for IDEA-126775 to increase its priority and be notified about updates.

On monkey Wiki : "Greasemonkey will check periodically for new versions of the script by downloading it". But what does it mean? Once a week? Twice a hour?
Anyone have real numbers?
While Hellion does point to the original post when auto-update was released in early 2012 this hasn't been true for some time. It isn't documented anywhere so we have to do some digging. You can see here Greasemonkey uses what looks like a built in Firefox mechanism to check and update. It is hard to tell when though. I know from experience that this is in fact a lot less that every 7 days. I have had it happen within an hour. Restarting firefox doesn't seem to trigger it but the shortest I have seen was within an hour. Furthermore if we search about:config in Firefox for update we can find a particular setting that kinda stands out. extensions.update.interval;86400. Obviously this is saying the extensions update interval is set to 86400 second (24 hours). Since Greasemonkey is tying the update process to a firefox update process I would think this is it. I will try changing this setting to see if I am right. Later this weekend when I am done with this userscript I am working on I will let you know what I find out.
Although this question is toward Greasemonkey I will go ahead and say Tampermonkey (Chrome) is much easier to check. Just click on the Tampbermonkey icon > Dashboard then go to settings and you can see check interval is set to 12 hours or whatever you changed it to.
According to http://www.greasespot.net/2012/02/automatic-script-updates-come-to.html,
By default updates will be checked for every seven days, and automatically installed when found.
I want to be able to be able to disable R# for several projects. There is quite a large number of them to be excluded which means doing it per project in VS is not ideal (Menu: R# -> Options -> Code Inspections -> Settings -> Edit items to skip).
Does anyone know have any clever suggestions? I was hoping that excluded projects/folders were stored in a R# config file I could manipulate but I haven't come across one.
Unfortunately there's currently no way to turn off ReSharper on a per-project basis. There's a request for this functionality but we can't commit to any specific deadline right now.
I want to programatically uncheck the "automatically adjust the clock for daylight savings" check box from a compact framework application running in WinCE.
Google searches indicate that you can do this in Windows by setting the DisableAutoDaylightTimeSet value under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation key. This key doesn't appear to exist in WinCE. Is there a different way to do this in WinCE?
The best answer I can find on this is to use the "HomeDST" registry key:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb202749.aspx
There is an "AUTODst" registry key also which seems to automatically adjust, but that appears to depend on SNTP. If anyone knows a way to automatically adjust for DST in WinCE without using SNTP please comment.
You can disable DST with this command tzutil /s Pacific Standard Time_dstoff.
