I've created a Site Workflow of SharePoint 2013 Workflow type in O365 subsite of a site collection.
I use Call HTTP web service in workflow: screenshot of my workflow
http://www.image-share.com/ijpg-2992-17.html
To parse JSON results I need to use Variable:Index (Integer).
I've tried d/results/([%Variable: Index%])/Title as it is recommended in numerous blog posts (example).
But Workflow gets Suspened with the following error:
RequestorId: 8c3e172b-5da7-75d9-0000-000000000000. Details: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the workflow instance. Exception details: System.FormatException: The DynamicValue property 'd/results/([%Variable: Index%])/Title' was incorrectly formatted. at Microsoft.Activities.Dynamic.DynamicValueBuilder.PathSegmentFactory.Parse(String segmentText, String fullPathName) at Microsoft.Activities.Dynamic.DynamicValueBuilder.PathSegmentFactory.Create(String segment, PathSegment next, String path) at Microsoft.Activities.Dynamic.DynamicValueBuilder.PathSegmentFactory.Create(String path) at Microsoft.Activities.GetDynamicValueProperty1.Execute(CodeActivityContext context) at System.Activities.CodeActivity1.InternalExecute(ActivityInstance instance, ActivityExecutor executor, BookmarkManager bookmarkManager) at System.Activities.Runtime.ActivityExecutor.ExecuteActivityWorkItem.ExecuteBody(ActivityExecutor executor, BookmarkManager bookmarkManager, Location resultLocation) Exception from activity GetDynamicValueProperty Stage 2 Sequence Flowchart Sequence Email30Days.WorkflowXaml_3f207548_d246_4058_82b3_34acf1933b6f
If I use the same but with number (not variable) d/results/(0)/Title it works.
Please, let me know What I'm missing.
It seems there was a glitch in SharePoint Designer. When I opened SPD the next time, it started to resolve [%Variable: Index%] just fine.
I've also tried to add slash in the end of string "d/results/(<index>)/" (like in the following article) before I noticed the first time Index began to resolve, however I never added slash at the ending furthemore.
Just FYI to whoever has similar issue, I noticed that in SPD - likely due to some quirk in copying text into string builder window from the web - if I type text manually or paste it, it doesn't seem to recognize it (same error occurs during workflow execution). But if you type into the window:
d/results(
then click Add or Change Lookups button and reference your variable, then finish typing the text:
)/YourPropertyName
then it all works well.

I want to mention that I'm new to SSAS and MDX.
In the past several days I've been dwelling with an excel generated query that errors out.
The problem is that a query is generated by excel when trying to read data from an online cube data source preventing other reads for that cube. The query is executed against an AZURE cube and I manage to profile it and get the following query:
with set __XLUniqueNames as {[Stores].[Chain].[Chain].&[SuperBrugsen], [Stores].[Chain].[Chain].&[Salling], [Stores].[Chain].[Chain].&[SuperBrugsen] }
set __XLDrilledUp as
Generate(__XLUniqueNames,
{ IIF([Stores].[Chain].currentmember.LEVEL_NUMBER <= 2147483647,
[Stores].[Chain].currentmember,
Ancestor([Stores].[Chain].currentmember,
[Stores].[Chain].currentmember.LEVEL_NUMBER - 2147483647)) } )
member [Measures].__XLPath as
Generate(
Ascendants([Stores].[Chain].currentmember),
[Stores].[Chain].currentmember.unique_name,
"__XLPSEP")
select { [Measures].__XLPath } on 0,
__XLDrilledUp on 1
from [SomeCube]
cell properties value
Each time query contains more than one member (an existing member from that dimension) it errors out with this message:
"Either you do not have permission to access the specified member or the specified member does not exist.".
What I have tried:
First, I tried to identify a pattern of member combinations that errors out, with no luck. It seems that for some certain members I get the error and for some, It doesn't. For single member, duplicate members and combination of members that don't exist in the cube it doesn't error.
Second, I did try the query on a different cube (on-premise SSAS) and I didn't get the error.
Third, by modifying the connection string I tried to make Excel ignore the missing members in the hope it will work using the "MDXMissingMemberMode" flag set to Ignore. I didn't work.
Forth, I tried to dissect the query to see which clause was giving the error. With my limited knowledge of MDX I suspect that "currentmember" with its "LEVEL_NUMBER" property is at fault. My guess is that it fails to get the current member for the next member in the set.
Fifth, the last thing and the longest, by accident I discovered that in SSMS you can execute a query in an mdx session (Right-click on cube -> New query) or you can open the cube in browse mode (Right-click on cube -> Browse) which results in a UI similar to the mdx query like.
No here comes the surprise, in this browse "mode" my query executes successfully each time. Intrigued by this I started to profile the request and see what was different. The difference was some additional xml structure like a list with properties. Seeing this I figured I could manipulate my connection string from excel to send some of the properties to make it work, but in the end, I didn't work.

Can someone of you guys please help me out? any ideas or suggestion are most welcomed because I ran out of ideas.
It seems that the problem solved itself. Most likely there was an update that solved this issue. Ref. to azure update logs page: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/updates/?product=analysis-services&status=nowavailable
Following these guides https://developers.google.com/apps-script/guides/rest/quickstart/target-script and https://developers.google.com/apps-script/guides/rest/quickstart/nodejs, I am trying to use the Execution API in node to return some data that are in a Google Spreadsheet.
I have set the script ID to be the Project Key of the Apps Script file. I have also verified that running the function in the Script Editor works successfully.
However, when running the script locally with node, I get this error:
The API returned an error: Error: ScriptError
I have also made sure the script is associated with the project that I use to auth with Google APIs as well.
Does anyone have any suggestion on what I can do to debug/ fix this issue? The error is so generic that I am not sure where to look.
UPDATE: I've included a copy of the code in this JSBin (the year function is the entry point)
https://jsbin.com/zanefitasi/edit?js
UPDATE 2: The error seems to be caused by the inclusion of this line
var spreadsheet = SpreadsheetApp.open(DriveApp.getFileById(docID));
It seems that I didn't request the right scopes. The nodejs example include 'https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive', but I also needed to include 'https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets' in the SCOPES array. It seems like the error message ScriptError is not very informative here.
In order to find what scopes you'd need, to go the Script Editor > File > Project Properties > Scopes. Remember to delete the old credentials ~/.credentials/old-credential.json so that the script will request a new one.
EDIT: With the update in information I took a closer look and saw you are returning a non-basic type. Specifically you are returning a Sheet Object.
The basic types in Apps Script are similar to the basic types in
JavaScript: strings, arrays, objects, numbers and booleans. The
Execution API can only take and return values corresponding to these
basic types -- more complex Apps Script objects (like a Document or
Sheet) cannot be passed by the API.
https://developers.google.com/apps-script/guides/rest/api
In your Account "Class"
this.report = spreadsheet.getSheetByName(data.reportSheet);
old answer:
'data.business_exp' will be null in this context. You need to load the data from somewhere. Every time a script is called a new instance of the script is created. At the end of execution chain it will be destroyed. Any data stored as global objects will be lost. You need to save that data to a permanent location such as the script/user properties, and reloaded on each script execution.

I'm trying to use ETW for logging with several custom EventSource classes in Azure SDK 2.6.
When testing locally with the compute/storage emulator, three of my custom WADMyEventXYZ tables show up; however, the final expected table "WADMyDataSets" never seems to be created. How should I determine what is causing this problem? I see no errors from the compute emulator when the debugger is attached and stepping through the code in the debugger shows that WriteEntry on the EventSource is definitely called. The other tables show up in SchemasTable in the developer storage account, but there is no entry there for WADMyDataSets.
I exported WADDiagnosticInfrastrureLogsTable into CSV and examined it in Excel and see the following messages that reference "MyDataSets":

Update
The EventSource in question had one event on it:
[Event(1)]
public void DataSetLoaded(string traceActivityId, string userId, string reportCode, long timeToLoadMs)
Removing the fourth parameter "timeToLoadMs" resulted in the WAD event table showing up as expected. I tried changing the last parameter to a string, and it failed to show up again. Is there a documented limit on the number of parameters for an event method? I'm pretty sure I've seen samples that have four parameters.
I upgraded my web project to .NET 4.5.1 and now the WAD table shows up as expected (I had been running on just .NET 4.5 before this).
It would seem that there might be a bug with having 4 parameters on an EventSource event when using .NET 4.5.0.
As a side note, with 4.5.1, I now have the System.Diagnostics.Tracing.EventSource.SetCurrentThreadActivityId method which will let me get rid of manually including the CorrelationManager.ActivityId in my event output.
https://channel9.msdn.com/Series/ConnectOn-Demand/240 video released today says full support for Azure table logging for ETW eventsources.
I was trying to display some sort of booking system in orchard and I found a set of tutorials that allow you to set queries to display on different dates...
So ive went through all the 18 tutorials for orchard CMS 1.6 displaying a calendar on screen
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iv7rA-viyTw
and my calendar doesnt appear on screen? ive tried changing the widget of it (which selects dates on the calendar) and nothing appears, im logged in as authentic user, (as it is set to show-when creating the widget)
The only thing I can think of (which shouldnt be a problem but worth mentioning - in tutorial 13 where you edit template. when I tried to select a query none where appearing from the drop down list, I created a query as in the tutorials but still none appeared on the content page.) - this threw an error when trying to create a 'calendar widget' so I commented the code causing this in calendarWidgetDriver.cshtml.
//if (part.QueryId <= 0)
//{
// updater.AddModelError("QueryId", T("You must select a query."));
//}
But this only matters when you want to display a query on a date. surely it shouldnt matter for displaying the entire calendar. I realise this is a bit of a jump for a large Q. but im hoping on the off chance someone has encountered the same problem.
If so I would be glad to know.
thank you all
I have tried contacting the owner but as of yet no word so thought I would try here....

EDIT 2
following the advice Ron gives at 7.40 of this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOSxGj2gOpY using 'Sources' from F12, he is able to view calendarWidget from inside localhost, i do not have this view able for me. What could i be missing?
The loader error means that Orchard cannot find the FoodPodBootstrapTheme.dll.
When i read ...
No suitable loader found for extension "FoodPodBootstrapTheme"
... i assume it is a project located in ...
src\Orchard.Web\Themes\FoodPodBootstrapTheme
You have most likely added this project to your src\Orchard.sln file in Visual Studio manually and therefore the project is not configured for building correctly.
I had the same error multiple times and this is what helped me to get rid of the error:
Fix theme build dependencies
Open src\Orchard.sln in Visual Studio
Right click on the FoodPodBootstrapTheme node and select Build Dependencies > Project Dependencies
now make sure Depends on contains a tick in checkbox Themes (Themes\Themes)
Fix Orchard.Web build dependencies
Open src\Orchard.sln in Visual Studio
Right click on the Orchard.Web node and select Build Dependencies > Project Dependencies
now make sure Depends on contains a tick in checkbox FoodPodBootstrapTheme
Exception of type 'Microsoft.WindowsAzure.StorageClient.StorageClientException' was thrown.
Sometimes even if we have the fabric running and the role manager is up, we get an exception of this sort.
The code breaks at the line:
emailAddressClient.CreateTableIfNotExist("EmailAddress");
public EmailAddressDataContext(CloudStorageAccount account) :
base(account.TableEndpoint.AbsoluteUri, account.Credentials)
{
this.storageAccount = account;
CloudTableClient emailAddressClient =
new CloudTableClient(storageAccount.TableEndpoint.AbsoluteUri,
storageAccount.Credentials);
emailAddressClient.CreateTableIfNotExist("EmailAddress");
}
I give Windows Azure tables camel-cased names all the time without issues.
I wonder if by chance you already used this table name and recently deleted it? For a time after deletion (when the table is still being deleted asynchronously), you won't be able to recreate it. I believe 409 Conflict is the error code to expect in that case.
I agree with Steve Marx, casing does not seem to affect this issue. In fact Microsoft's Azure diagnostics tables are created with unusual casing eg: WADPerformanceCounters. I get the problem even in the dev environment. So it is something else entirely - my opinion.
Error fixed in my case: The problem was an error with the connection string as defined in (or lack thereof) in the webrole or workerrole project properties.
Fix:
Right-click on the webrole under "Roles" folder in your cloud application. Select "Properties" from the context menu.
Select the "Settings" tab.
Verify or Add a setting for you connection string that you will use to initialize table storage.
Mine was a simple error - no setting for my connection string.
Easy fix is to change "EmailAddress" to "Emailaddress". For some reasons it would not allow CamelCasing. So please make sure, you just have one capital letter in the name of the table that too at the beginning. Since the table names are case insensitive, you can also name it as 'emailaddress'
