D3js have a tree in which to position myself above each node (mouseover) satellite menu. So far everything ok, the problem is that can not get out of the node longer visibible node, for example, standing on the white area of the screen. Instead, I do what I do is that when you go to any other element of the html (mouseover) that menu is hidden.

Is there any way to make a widget's config and move buttons be placed at the top of the widget itself.
As it is one has to hover over a widget in order to see which one of the items in the widget zone it belongs to. This is impossible though when the content of the widget is not in the same screen space (I had to zoom out in the browser in order to get the below screenshot) unless you zoom out and then zoom back in.
In this image, there are 3 seperate widgets (red, white and green respectively) in a single widget zone.
Also, when the mouse leaves the widget the widget config/move buttons are no longer visible.
One solution is to right-click on the widget and then scroll up to the config wheel but this is not something I want to tell my editors they have to do.
Has anyone else come across this problem and if so, how did they solve it?
This can happen when you have CSS conflicts. You can use Chrome Inspector, Firebug, or IE developer tool to investigate and see if anthing is 'overlapping' those buttons (often a floating div is overlapping the buttons and intercepting the 'click')
Then once you figure out a css class to make it work, just add it to your style sheet with ".EditMode " before it, this is a special class that is on the body when in page editor.

I have an application that uses a non-decorated window (no title bar and so on, it's eventually intended to be a full-screen application). It also has one-pixel-wide line images around the outside to form a natural border with the outside world.
When I run this application and the Window gets its default position (i.e., not at the (0,0) origin), the borders are clearly visible.
However, when I perform a this.Move(0, 0) in the constructor of the main window to make sure the window is positioned correctly, the upper-right pixels seem to disappear thus:
Ignore the Act text in that capture, it's actually the Activities menu under Gnome desktop. The actual upper-left pixel of the window is where those two red lines would meet.
Does anyone know what could be causing this issue? Is it possibly something to do with the Gnome Shell extensions taking control of that area?
The missing pixels are an artifact of the way gnome-shell does rounded rectangles for its windows.
If you really want to change it, you can edit the file /usr/share/gnome-shell/theme/gnome-shell.css. Look for the CSS selector .panel-corner and set -panel-corner-radius to 0px. This will cause the windows to have square corners rather than rounded ones. You will probably need to restart gnome-shell after making the change by pressing Alt-F2 and enter the r command.
Whether that edit will survive a gnome-shell (or even a theme) update is unsure, you may have to put into place something that keeps it at the value you want (or install an extension to do that for you).
That is how gnome-shell renders the top corners of the main monitor, it's a rounded corner, just not very visible with black on black. Changing this rendering is not something an application should do.
If your application is supposed to be full screen instead of just positioned at the corner, you could request gnome-shell to do that with Window.fullscreen(). Do not rely on always being full screen though: the window manager can decide otherwise.
my website, has some issues acting different for different browsers.
the red panel appearing under the grey buttons on bottom,seems only ff,not other browsers.
when user clicks one of grey buttons on the bottom,red panel should start under the white panel.but it starts a little bit of its left side.
the white panel on the left side on islerimiz.html(which user clicks middle button on bottom) page should be blurred.i added script for this but it is not doing blurring thing.the same script is on the iletisim.html(which user clicks rightest button on bottom) page and it is working truly.
ie6 errors:
the red point seems as a rectangle.
red panel script is not working.
the background of page and the logo's background should be the same but they seems different

almost all of those issues are because you are using pngs. switch them to gifs. apply them in a style sheet wrapped in conditional comments, at least for ie6, and a percentage of that list will go away. your selectivizrCSSForIEselectivizr.js is also targeting greater than ie6. i'm not sure what the red panel script exactly is, but i see you are adding webm file for ie...idk 100%, but i'll say it doesn't support that format either. convert it to media type that ie6 likes, and again, only serve this up in the ie6 conditional comments
I have an interface where i want to drag an element from a list of elements to a GridPane. The grid and the list are in different branches of the scene graph. Because of that, my draggable Node disapears behind the GridPane, when i want to drag it over the grid.
One possible solution would be to add the draggable node to a frontmost Pane, where it will be in front of all other nodes. Unfortunately this means i have to remove the node from its old position before i know that the drag and drop gesture will be successfull, which leads to all kinds of additional code.
Is there a way to have a node rendered in front of all other nodes without changing its position in the scene graph?
Is the "draggable Node" actually being moved around by the cursor? If so, you could create an Image from the node and drag that around?
I want to develop a new home screen application for android. I saw the default home screen in my android 2.3.3 device, when ever I swipe the home screen left and right, the background wallpaper also sliding left and right. What is that view? How to get the same effect in an app?
Is it ViewPager? I checked the ViewPager class, but I didn't found any common background image for all views in that.
You probably want to use a canvas with a draw-able, then detect the users swiping and animate it in the background. It is likely that the default android backgrounds are doing the same. You wont be drawing the unseen portions of the view.

You will make a canvas the background to your app and then lay your other ui elements on top of it unless you make the ui based inside the canvas.
