Is there a way I can configure my p4v installation on windows to automatically sync all the files in my client to latest revision whenever I launch the viewer?
I am asking this because I do not want to worry about syncing to "head" every time I want to open a file using p4v.

You can select the "Automatically get all revisions" option on the workspace in question. From p4v edit the workspace, it is on the basic tab at the bottom.

I am new to Kali-linux and I am using it from a USB, my problem is when I shut down my computer and downloaded scripts or changes I have made are gone
That is probably because you are using it from Live mode which is only useful when you want to test few things out. It does not save anything
You can always look into this
persistent kali usb

All my pictures and important info got deleted, alon with my exodus wallet recovery phrase and everything!! Is there a way i could get those data back??
If you didn't explicitly wipe out the drives, you can still get your stuff. The OS just lost track of where everything is.
If you load a Windows image to a stick and boot from it, you will probably find your files.
Althoght they wont be inside the Documents folder or whatever default folders windows comes with. You will have to get into your drive and search for the folder. The path will probably under users or something.

Does sudoers file required to restart to take changes effect. If yes, then how we can restart? without resarting the system.
If your question is : "do I need to restart my machine if I add someone in the sudoers file ?" the answer is : No, you don't need to restart, the newly user added in the sudoers will be able to use sudo as soon as you save the file.

By default it automatically goes to sleep mode after some time. How to switch that off?
Open Settings -> Power and the last configuration option is Suspend & Power Off. Clicking on the option below it, you will be able to configure when it will go to sleep or not On Battery and when Plugged In (Gnome shell):
Normally, this class of setting can be found in the power management tool, but where that is can vary between desktop environments

Is there any way that i can find the most frequently applications used by a user in Linux? In Windows you can read this information from registry.
Make sure that accounting is turned on:
chkconfig psacct on && /etc/init.d/psacct start
...and then get summary info with sa. Look at examples here or here.
My own experience is that the most frequent command in the account is a shell.
