I use modal on my website to display youtube videos and all is working good.
But, when I start a video (then I stop it) and I close the modal, I have strange effects on my main menu that has a hover changing effects.
This is a sample video:
And then after closing and go with the mouse hover the menu this appears (on the 2 links that are "under" the modal):
Any ideas how to fix this bug?

I am on Chrome and I have used a code very similar to the default example (http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/javascript.html#modals).
Fixed, putting
?wmode=opaque
at the end of the youtube url.

I'm trying to make a web page formatted similar to that of Netflix. Where a list of videos are displayed in a div with two arrows in either direction on each side. When the number of videos are more than the width of the window clicking the arrows moves the displayed videos in the corresponding direction by one video.
And(key part), when a video is clicked, the clicked video gets displayed on another div(main part of the screen) with a text of introduction and an excerpt of the video playing in the background of that section, plus a "play" button to start the video.
I would probably be able to sort it out with vanilla code. But this page is managed by WordPress so I would have to plug in my code with wordpress.
My assumption is that hacking the existing elementor code for the video widget would be the quickest way to do it. But I don't know how to find the code corresponding to the functionality I need to modify to customize it to do what I want. I can locate the video-widget file, but still, it's a huge file with lots of code. How do I find the functionality I need specifically to import into my own code?

if you click on the browser button, appears a page as a popup page.
with my program you can turn on music, from the body of the page.
when the window appears, music can be turned on, but when the window goes away, music is stopped.
does anyone have an idea how it stays turned, without popup appeared to stay?
Indeed when the popup goes away everything gets torn down.
Depending on how you play the music it might not be available in the background page either. Good luck.
I've been doing searches trying to find help on this, but so far all I have found is how to set options for popping up a SharePoint modal dialog box from custom code.
However, I haven't created any custom web parts to display modal dialogs. What's happening, is if someone clicks the upload document button in a library, the upload document modal dialog comes up, but the ok and cancel buttons are half off of the bottom of the box. Users can click on them, but it just doesn't look very good.
I started playing with the CSS to make the modal dialog box bigger to reveal the buttons, and that works for the most part, but the real problem is the grant user permission dialog box.
When that is clicked, it doesn't show the ok and cancel buttons, and maximizing the dialog box doesn't reveal them. The user has to hit tab about 5-10 times before the focus moves to the ok button and is then clickable.
I would post an image, but I don't have enough reputation to do so.
Has anyone come across this? It seems very strange that the out of the box setting would have this problem.
The CSS that I use to adjust the height and width of the modal dialog is:
.ms-dlgFrame, .ms-dlgContent, .ms-dlgBorder, .ms-dlgFrameContainer
I'm just trying to set the height/min-height values, but I haven't had much luck.
We're using Internet Explorer 11 to view the pages.
Stevangelista actually pointed me in the right direction, I wish I could mark comments as answers, and since I'm new I can't upvote the comment, but here's the solution:
I am using a customized master page, and that comment had me take a look at the elements in the page.
Since the master page is being used in the dialog boxes as well, I used the s4-notdlg class to remove parts that weren't needed in the dialogs. Those parts were pushing the buttons below the bottom of the screen.
I'm not a css expert, so there may be ways of keeping those parts and still have the buttons accessible, but the particular issue I was trying to fix was resolved by using the s4-notdlg class to objects in my custom master page.
Am I thick or what? I have a view controller, and within that there is a UIWebView. When I run the app, the WebView covers the UIToolbar at the bottom and the UIButtons there, and so you cannot navigate away from the WebView. I cannot figure out how to change the WebView size or behaviour.
Unfortunately I do not have sufficient rep to post screenshots. The WebView displays an html file with text. The WebView partially covers the status bar at the top and completely covers the taskbar at the bottom. I can touch and drag the view up to see the taskbar and buttons at the bottom, but cannot use them.
I am using storyboard to build the app, and have done similar apps before without issue (in iOS6) but iOS7 appears to have thrown me a curveball.
I cannot see how to change the size in Xcode - or should I be looking at the html code in the file that the WebView is calling?
Oddly enough this is no longer an issue, I have not made any changes to code or config, and the only thing different is I upgraded my version of X-Code

for which btw I have code that works on the sample site that appears to be the same control, and is why we constantly ask people if there is a site we can access that has the control on it, because nothing works as well as a real example when you are trying to figure out what makes these custom controls tick.
