I saw that in MCRM, you have a "Documents" entity but you need a SharePoint location.
Should it be Microsoft SharePoint anyway or their is something to be able to use this entity or an other way to use functionality provided by SharePoint locations without buying SharePoint licenses like an open source solution compatible with Microsoft products.
Thanks!

You could use Sharepoint foundation that is free. We have implemented our CRM SharePoint integration that way.

If a user create a new site and just saves is without checking the site in, where's the location?
I want to test what's happens if a farm administrator tries to publish a site that's not a "draft" or a published site. (got a custom "publish now"-button without having to go trough a workflow)
Since Sharepoint dot not support draft versions of sites, I think you mean List Items or documents that not have been checked in by your users.
To see those items you can use the Site Content and Structure facilities. Check this post:

How to localize a Sharepoint 2010? There ara some problems with content localization, because different localized pages use same lists.
For localization of SharePoint interface, recommended approach would be to use Language Packs, that you install on top of your SharePoint server:
SharePoint Server language packs
the deployment procedure
Take note, you need to install SharePoint Foundation Language Pack in desired language before you install Language Pack for SharePoint Server.
For content localization, approach depends on the nature of your site and site template you are using. For example, if you are creating SharePoint Publishing Sites, there is an concept known as "Variations" that you can leverage for achieving localization of sites. For other templates, like Team Sites, you need to be creative, and perhaps create columns in your list that could contain appropriate content in each of your desired language.

Do you know any alternative to SharePoint in C# and open source?
DotNetNuke is a CMS, but SharePoint has a lot of features. Frankly speaking I would not be able to recommend any license free software equivalent to SharePoint, but you can try MetaDot if you just need portal software with CMS features.
Not sure exactly what you are looking for as an alternative, but DotNetNuke
is pretty awesome
You won't find any open-surce (or proprietary, for that matter) software with all the features of SharePoint. If you are looking for CMS, I've heard good things about Umbraco

What is difference between Windows Sharepoint Service and MOSS (Microsoft office Sharepoint). If I have the WSS 3.0 installed in my machine, I can create a sharepoint site, using Sharepoint Designer and Inforpath. Then why do I need MOSS 2007 (WSS 3.0 being free for download).
A lot of the added functionality (and improvements, seemingly specifically with Search at least) are gained from MOSS2007. Have a nosey at the full feature comparison on the MS site for further details maybe.

Specifically, I think the Workflow and document management improvements are where you may get your 'wins' from. With a bit of a setup overhead initially, it can replace a number of otherwise complicated collaborative tasks which require a number of people.
SharePoint Services provides many features not included in WSS, some examples being Web Content Management (Publishing) and Enterprise Search.
MOSS also enables you to specify audiences for your lists. Which is quite useful in an enterprise environment.

I'm trying to use the Reporting Services Report Viewer WebPart with a project that I'm working on and I can't seem to get a clear indication on exactly where it comes from (or maybe I just don't understand?). This page indicates that it's "installed by the Reporting Services Add-in for SharePoint Technologies". However, I can't seem to figure out exactly where/what that is.
Could somebody please point me in the right direction?
Actually, I think I just found it!
