how to prevent or handle " javax.microedition.media.MediaException: AUD" when playing audio files in j2me - java-me

I'm developing a mobile app in j2me with configuration cldc2.1 and midp 2.0.
In my app, I'm running some audio files based on some user operations. But some times audio files running correctly but sometimes it throws " javax.microedition.media.MediaException: AUD" exception.
I placed the audio files (.wav) in "res" folder of my project and read from that folder and then I'm playing it.
I'm using nokia c2-01 phone (s40) device is for testing. Please give your ideas to solve this problem.
Please help me. All your ideas are welcome.

How to publish android app to galaxy store my binary i always recieve this binary cannot be registered

My Binary file cannot be registered on galaxy store. After i uploaded the apk i get this error(This binary cannot be registered. please try again later).
Apparently after several tries and error elimination in vain as there were not any technical errors concerning the app. The only error was a glitch in my connection. Trying a different connection solved the problem. The process is straight forward as described both on amazon and Samsung portal.

Unity3d- crossdomain.xml policy file not found when trying to register to a database server

I am having this problem for about two days now and I tried all the solutions that I could find online, but still no luck.
what's happening is that in my game, when I press a specific button I am supposed to register to a private database server of mine that is hosted in azure.
when running the build on IOS or Android I have no problem with registering, but in the Unity web player build I get a "Rejected because no crossdomain.xml policy file was found" error, even though I made sure that the file is located in the root of my server and is formatted ASCII, as written in the Unity sandbox guide.
I am only using the WWW class and no socket.
When I try registering from my localhost and from the unity editor i have no problems, but only when i upload the html file to an online host, such as dropbox, and access it through a URL the problem occurs.
if anyone can help me find the problem it would be amazing. I have finished my game and it works perfectly on all platforms except the web player, so it is the only thing that is holdin me back. thanks allot
In the docs on unity webplayer sandbox it gives you the reason for this. A quick fix is to add a file accesable on http://yourdomain/crossdomain.xml with the contents:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<cross-domain-policy>
<allow-access-from domain="*"/>
</cross-domain-policy>

Phonegap uploaded audio file not being played in browser

I am uploading a recorded mp3 file using phonegap and php
Recording - Using Media object (media.startRecord/ media.stopRecord) - Successful
Uploading -
ft.upload(fileURI, encodeURI("http://some.server.com/upload.php"), win, fail, options);
In options, I am using options.mimeType = "audio/mpeg";
-This is also successful
Playing - But when I try to play it in browser as http://some.server.com/media_uploaded.mp3 - It tries to play but fails after sometime. I tried playing the same file with http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_audio_all as well, but couldn't succeed.
When I download the same file - it gets played without any error in any media player in my computer.
When I upload any mp3 song at same place - it gets played successfully with - http://some.server.com/song_uploaded.mp3
What can be possible problem(s) with my recorded audio?
Update
Just noticed that problem has nothing to do with 'Upload'. The saved mp3 (when copied to PC) seems to run fine on my computer but not on browser (Even locally - I checked with Audio tag as well). So there is something wrong with the recorded mp3. Not sure what is the solution.
Not working - http://xpertvisions.com/test/media_recorded.mp3
Working - http://xpertvisions.com/test/media_song.mp3
I found a solution to this that I answered here --> https://stackoverflow.com/a/23140836/902630
This is, however, a .Net solution. But looking at it may help lead you in the right direction.

Problem with flash security on offline CD presentation

my problem touches some other questions already asked here, but no topic here has an answer, that solves this situation.
I have created web version of a certaion document, some pages in this document include embedded flash swf files.
The key problem is, this document is suppossed to be distributed on CD, so I created an offline version without problem. But after running the site offline, I come to conflict with Flash Player security, which asks if I really want to run the swf file ... and than crashes the Flash Player.
I know you can set up the configuration for this easily for Flash Player, you can also create a config file, that will allow you to run flash files localy. I can do those without problem.
BUT :-) ... if this CD is distributed to other people, they won't make those changes or steps and run into problem with flash... and yes, it's sad, but the flash has to be there :-|
Can anyone please help this problem? Because I'm running out of ideas light speed...
Thank you in advance
try setting the "local playback security" to "access local files only" if you're working in the Flash IDE. if you're compiling your SWF using the flex compiler you need to add the following flag:
-use-network=false
