We have to train the client professionals on the source code for an application we developed. What shall I include in their training plan for source code? Any help would be really appreciated.
regards

This may help:
What are the core elements to include in Support Documentation?

1.) If possible show them various changes/revisions the code has gone through, then that will help them to understand the code design at some higher level. (That function needs to be modified for what feature?)
2.) Extract some function Call-Graph/Function-flow diagram using some tool and let them get familiar with that.
3.) The test setup for the application should be explained to them.
4.) High level Design & Low level design document
-AD

You could highlight the important design decisions. So they understand why you have chosen which solution.

Which one among the following NLP topics will be easier to work with?
Question answering
Paraphrase detection
Short text conversation
Author identification
The final one, Author identification. You don't need to have any understanding of the language you are dealing with, which the first three presuppose.
There is already a lot of literature on the topic; generally you identify features in texts, and map these onto a set of authors' known features. This can easily be done with cluster analysis or Machine Learning. So, it's not actually as NLP-heavy as the others.

How to represent a system like google docs queuing system using UML class diagrams? I haven't used much UML and trying to design a system like Google docs.
I'm not a UML pro but I took a quick stab at it. There's probably some missing pieces here but I think it's a good start. It would be great if someone who knows how to correctly model this can provide their diagram.

It's been a really long time since I worked with UML Diagrams.
I started working with UML Use Cases again, for a real world project. I would like to ask some questions.
How should I approach writing use cases?
I believe the tasks that leads to a "Major/Bigger" task should not be considered as use cases by themselves. Am I right?
Okay, what if I have a task like View tutorial and it has Comment on Tutorial, Favourite Tutorial, etc. Should these be separate use case, Extending View Tutorial? If yes, but, aren't they small features, why we should include them?
I'm mixing some stuff here, I hope someone could enlighten me .
Thanks!
Read Alistair Cockburn's Effective Use Cases book (see it on Amazon: 1). He does an excellent job of explaining practical use of use cases in a structured and effective way.

i am doing a employee management project in dot net(c#,asp),where will i get the uml diagrams for the reference ... please help me ... if i get the documentation of tat project it will be very useful please help me friends
thank u
Ideally you'll get them from your architect or the person doing the design of the code ;)
If you're asking for a tool to work in to draw them yourself, try Visio, it's pretty good for making UML diagrams.
If you're asking for a good way to generate them from the code the new Visual Studio beta has a class and sequence diagram generator built in.

VBA solutions can vary widely in size.
I would like to add user help documentation to all solutions but the level of effort to create and deploy the help needs to match the size of the solution.
You should check the VBA version of MZ-Tools. It is an add-in for VBA that can automatically generate documentation from your code (function name, parameters, comments, subject, etc.). You can also use it to automatically generate line numbers, onError labels, etc. More on the automatic documenting feature can be found here.
It is free, easy, and very efficient. Once you notice how much you save time by using it, please do like me: donate.
You may wish to consider HTML Help. It allows you to produce help files that are similar to standard Microsoft help. It is not particularly difficult to use, for the most part.
